Dinner tonight. Curry from a bag + coconut milk, diced leftover roasted potatoes, carrot, cod, scallion. Fresh made naan in bacon fat with coarse salt and parsley because I’m one of those for who cilantro tastes like soap.
Kid verdict: it’s a leeeeeeeetle spicy but still good so I’ll keep eating it. (Both ate a large portion)

My husband had an early day and went and got us some teriyaki!
I added some veggies to bulk up the meal. I have spicy tofu teriyaki, brown rice, and a side salad. Its from a local place that makes their own sauces and they’re delicious
