Arms getting stronger! This week has held more flexibility around food and exercise with sleeps ins and junk food and being totally okay with it. This week has also held massive opportunities with my first lot of 12 freelance articles written, and a job trial as a Teacher Aide today. Gosh I’m grateful that my body is so resilient and is carrying me forward into beautiful things ✨
#i had the PERFECT schedule in june 2019 #10-11 am: get up and eat breakfast / 12 pm: meet friends or go on a hike / 4 pm: work on my term papers / #8 pm: dinner with friends or on my own or go to the dance social / 10 pm: work on term papers / 1 am: meet friend for a walk in the sun ☀️ #2 am: tea with friend in the deserted dorm kitchen / 3 am: go to bed
1. Thigh Gaps are fucking genetic, regardless of fat percentage.
This has now been scientifically proven.
If you dont have one... you don't have one. STOP!
2. If you think that "all" girls should have it you need fucking help.
3. BMI has been proven to be inaccurate.
4. If you're trying to "get" a thigh gap as someone who doesnt have one.... you are starving yourself into malnutrition, that does not show you as "more healthy" for having a forced thigh gap it means that you're MALNOURISHED by trying to force your body into a state it doesnt naturally have. Get some goddamn help.
5. YOU NEED FUCKING HELP! GET OFF TUMBLR AND GET HELP STARVING YOURSELF IS NOT FUCKING HEALTHY! DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT INTERACT WITH ME IF YOURE A TH*NSPO BLOG AND GET THE FUCK OFF MY BLOG IF YOURE ONE!
