    Lovely things about not having an eating disorder anymore:

    Food just being food, not an enemy, not a problem to be solved. Being so excited to eat my favorite foods because they’re just so yummy!

    Not being hungry all the time - only thinking about food when it’s mealtime.

    Actually loving my body, something that never would’ve happened if I’d kept trying to lose weight.

    Morning trips to the coffee shop with my girlfriend, trusting her to make my tea with extra milk and sugar.

    Getting my boobs back and being proud of them.

    A soft and squishy body that can do everything I want it to!

    All the wonderful friends I made in recovery.

    Being able to give my friends advice about their own mental health struggles based out what I learned in therapy.

    Wearing whatever I want, not just what I think hides my body best.

    Actually not eating all the time! Never binging or eating to the point of being uncomfortably full. Never having to plan my meals out, never calorie counting.

    Not crying myself to sleep because my stomach hurt so bad from hunger.

    No more weird pains that I think are my heart shutting down.

    Running with friends for the fun of it and feeling good while doing it.

    Getting my life back!

    i managed to wake up early so i could weigh myself and i was so hungry so i made myself breakfast since i heard eating breakfast will help prevent binges. i think it worked but it felt like so many calories when in reality it was about 290 it just made me so full. i can post the recipe if y’all want but it was pretty plain so unless you’re a picky eater like me you might not like it.

    hey gang i don’t know wtf to do to get rid of the skinny fat look. i’m underweight but i look mf obese, and i eat at a deficit (ranging anywhere from 250-900 cals, but usually stick around or below 500 cals).

    literally one of the best low calories foods ever!

    The weird bread looking things are the infamous ana brownie recipe but with 3 tbsp flour and 1 tsp cinnamon instead of the cocoa powder and then 0 calorie sweetener in place of sugar and in the pan you cut them into 9 pieces instead of 6. They’re only 16 calories per. The sauce is 1/2 of a sugar free motts applesauce with a pinch of cinnamon and cocoa powde. that’s only 27 calories. All together the entire plate above is only 59 calories!!!

    ~65 cal rice bowl 🍚

    It taste like sushi😋 this was just a small lunch portion. originally i wanted to make rice balls and put the shred crab on top but the konjac would not stick

    u can also add seaweed or fried egg 🍳

    Im so sad because I put captions and for some reason they do not pop up :( so if anyone has questions just ask me!!

    Alright the ABC diet has been really hard for me to keep at, so I’m going to go back to regular restriction. I might try the IU diet (which is like a kpop thing I guess), but I’m moving the sweet potato to dinner and the shake to breakfast with the apple, so the diet will be better for me and I don’t have to eat in front of people. I’ll also be restricting more than the ABC does so it’s all in all better for me anyways.

    Low Cal Banana Pancakes

    10 pancakes/25.4kcal each

    254kcal for the full recipe


    1 banana (The one I used was about 125g) - 112kcal

    2 egg whites - 34kcal

    30g/¼ cup of all purpose flour - 110kcal

    1 tsp baking powder - 0kcal


    Step 1: Cut the banana in small piece and then smash it in a bowl until it looks like a puree. You can also blend them if you prefer.

    Step 2: In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until you reach stiff peaks.

    Step 3: Slowly fold in the egg whites in the banana using a spatula or a spoon.

    Step 4: Slowly fold in the flour and the baking powder in the mixture.

    Step 5: Preheat a NON-STICK PAN. When the pan is hot, put about a huge spoonful of batter on it and then cover the pan with a lid. Flip it when the bottom looks cooked and then cook the other side for a minute or 2. Repeat until the batter is done.

    Step 6: Enjoy!!

    * Using a Non-Stick pan is very important or else it will stick.

    * I used a non-stick panini grill because it's all I had but it still worked.

    * I ate 5 of the pancakes and kept the rest in the freezer.
