The both of you left and walked to school together. Yea it was a silent walk he isn’t very talkative but it wasn’t really awkward.
The walk felt longer than it should have. You watched Eren very awkwardly (but respectfully) reject multiple girls. So this is why he was called stuck up? I’m suprised he didn’t lose it because you could see how it could get annoying. But you also saw Eren being really introverted around these people, had he been shy or is he just independent? Now that you were thinking about it, even Jean mentioned he has never gotten a girlfriend.
“Y/n-“ Eren grabs your hand and pulls you back onto the side walk. You almost crosssed the road when the red light was on.
“Sorry-“
“It’s fine just look out next time, were you distracted about something?”
“Hm not really, my classes are at this block. I’ll get going now, thanks for breakfast and looking out for me.” You gave him a gentle smile before leaving.

chapter eleven: best of both worlds
You head a knock on your door before it opens. Eren pushes the door open with his foot, hands occupied with plates of pancakes with butter, mapple syrup and fruits. Your eyes looked up from the plate and was greeted by, yup, shirtless Eren with sweatpants and an apron covering his abs. It really was the best of both worlds, food & his hot body.
“Morning”
“Morning Jaeger”
“Like the view?”
“I love pancakes”
“Sure you do”
He places the plate on your bedside table and rushes to get something. He came back with a bed table and placed it on your legs and placed the plate infront of you.
“Enjoy loser”
Eren smiles and left you dumbfounded by his sudden kindeness. Eren turns around and you were blessed with the view of his back muscles bare and exposed in all its glory.

sorry for the slow and short updates, i’ve been very overwhelmed with school and this dog shit house and family and ive lost motivation to do everything at this point. my mental health isn’t the best rn but i i’ll be sure to post more when i get better. thank you for ur understanding and thank you for enjoying my series!!

- Though of course it doesn’t bring him any sort of fluffy feeling nor joy when you sacrifice yourself like this, it wouldn’t be overdramatic to say he feels even worse when you do it compared to others
- Eren has always been held up as special, important and has seen hundreds of good soldiers die for him but you, his dearest, are not allowed to die for him
- He’ll get you safe in the palm of his titan forms hand if the situation is that serious but in the end you will survive, safe in a infirmary within the walls far from death with his hand latched onto yours while he waits patiently for you to recover
- Eren will make it up to you at some point, not completely sure how to yet but trust him he’ll get you something nice as a thanks
