hi yes please don’t listen to diet and exercise culture. it really is about portions, intuitive eating—with occasionally ‘spoiling’ yourself—and exercising 3-4x a week. if you exercise more (and force yourself to do exercises you really don’t want to do), you will burn yourself out. if you follow a diet that doesn’t have room for you to spoil yourself, you will be unhappy and the world has enough of that as is.

Making it through a very busy Monday with coffee in my favourite mug ✨ ! I finished Chloe Ting’s 2 week shred yesterday so feeling pretty good. However, since I didn’t diet, I don’t see much of a difference. If anything, I put on more weight. Oh well, time to Physika again today ! 🤓
Day 2 – Walk
Solid walk today.
It sure is dark in the morning here in View Royal, but it does start to lighten up around 6:30 am.
I did forget to turn my Strava tracker on so I did a little extra loop at the end of my cul-de-sac to make up for the time.
🗓Day 14 of 30 Days of No Unnatural Sugar🗓
8️⃣ It was easy to get up, did not feel as sluggish. The cravings have died down a little.
9️⃣ Craving eased up, still feel like having to force the thought of eating foods with no unnatural sugars.
1️⃣0️⃣ A few temptations was in the household, as someone else in the flat had cravings but I did not cave in.
1️⃣1️⃣ Naturally reached for fruit when was hungry, instead of having to think of what snack to eat.
1️⃣2️⃣ Got that feeling Carbonara but I could not give in. Think it might be the food of choice after these 30-days but keeping strong.
1️⃣3️⃣ Cravings are easing up more, so hopefully it’ll get better and better. Can see a noticeable difference in torso.
1️⃣4️⃣ Today was an easy day, plenty of fruit snacks was consumed, as got that typical Sunday feeling of wanting to snack on treats due to it being a ‘chill’ day.
