Weighed in and I’m on track with the losertown weight loss prediction and even a pound under it, so I’m happy. I’m having my Arnold Palmer zero as a reward. Grocery haul. Not pictured, more coffee for my coffee machine.
I haven’t tried the tripleshot before and I’m excited to. The double shot espresso comes in a mini can and it tastes very good and is worth the calories. It does give a little more energy than two cups of coffee for me. I mostly drink it for the taste. I’ve noticed canned coffee drinks don’t upset my stomach and cause nausea whereas energy drinks like bang does.
Yesterday I ordered my moms Mother’s Day present and my dads birthday present. They both got expensive perfumes. I got myself Ariana Grandes Cloud because I need a new perfume after my mom took my Chanel no. 5. I wanted to get Chanel coco Mademoiselle but I decided to wait and ask for it for Christmas and try out Cloud for now. It’s supposed to be really nice and the notes all sound like something that would work well with my body chmiestry. I also got two NYX lipsticks in the shades natural and tea rose, and I got lip liners in natural, muave, and pale pink. All colors that would go well with the lipsticks I currently have. Tea rose looked really nice in pictures where the reviewer has cool, pale skin like me so I’m hopeful for that one. Natural I’m less sure of but I think I could always layer it with other lipsticks if it doesn’t cut it alone. I also got more nail polish remover and top coat because I’ve managed to keep to my resolution of keeping my nails painted. :) All that wound up being $250 so I’m done shopping until I need new pants from weight loss or more sunscreen. Buying for others it what always eats up my money. Other people are so expensive.
So yep. Good weigh in. New drinks. More makeup and general self care that boosts my self esteem coming. Hair feeling great from the new hair products. The glow up journey continues.

I’ll probably prepare my dinner differently than the ones for my fam (using less oil and marinade, weighing all my ingredients yk)
But I love how easy fasting got for me! I’m in love, at this point actually addicted to fasting. And I’m gonna fast next week again! Probably the whole week minus Tuesday and Sunday dinner🤷♀️
