The Star Wars Visions shorts are not supposed to fit neatly into continuity or to be canon in the way that, say, The Clone Wars and Rebels were declared part of the same canon as the live-action movies. So we don't need to be very picky about this.

because depending on how young or old Jay is, then how old is Boba? He could still be pretty young here, right? And at what age does the full Temuera Morrison Voice kick in?

I said "we don't need to be very picky about this" but there's an extremely detailed footnote on the Wookieepedia page for the short, because of course there is:

"Tatooine Rhapsody" takes place after the Clone Wars but features Wuher running Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina. Star Wars: Galactic Atlas places the end of the Clone Wars to 19 BBY and Doctor Aphra Annual 3 features Shrem running Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina, meaning that "Tatooine Rhapsody" takes place between these two. As Doctor Aphra Annual 3 takes place before the Battle of Hoth (which is placed in 3 ABY by Star Wars: Galactic Atlas), it must take place in 3 ABY at the latest, meaning that "Tatooine Rhapsody" takes place between these two years.

Okay, so potentially any time between 19 BBY and 3 ABY, and Boba was born in 32 BBY (he was a BBY bb). He was only 13 at the time of Order 66. The oldest he can be is 35 (right? right? I'm not good at numbers). If we said, what, five years passed between Jay and Geezer meeting and the main storyline of the short? Boba would be 18. It could even be less. If nobody stops me I'm going to decide that what we saw here was in fact Teen Boba Fett using the voice modulator in his helmet to sound older. And I'm going to decide that purely because I think it would be really funny.

also oh my gosh how sad would it be, wee Teen Boba deliberately and carefully giving the impression of being an older man so people will take him seriously and be intimidated and he can fast-forward himself into his father's role without any more time for the childhood he was robbed of anyway

Been forever since I last posted something about my Megaman OCs! Though, I don’t believe I shared these two at all.

Dr. Astrel Geers and his adopted Robo Son, Alto Geers!

There is lore to this and I still want to share it even tho it has taken since inceptions and development for the past (about) four years. Yes, I still love Megaman a lot! There will be more as the Geer Numbers are the only ones with potential.

I’ll post more sketches of them! Some of them I do wanna tweak their designs more.
