Chapter 4: Converging of the Houses

Chapter Summary: Chris requests Barry to arrive before the planned conference time to hopefully hear an unbiased view of past historical events. Upon Barry filling in a few gaps, Chris sees Wesker in a different light but still needs to hear what happened from the source himself. An old face makes themselves known causing upheaval and catching everyone off guard.

Overall Summary: A small city-state of Houses shares land resources in the far distant future after a devastating war. House of Wesker holds the power of fire. House of Trevor that of light. House of Burton, earth. House of Kennedy holds power of air. House of Redfield the power of ice. Lastly, the House of Spencer the power of dark. Lord Redfield has been longing for a partner to bring a sense of belonging to his days but has grown melancholy as his search had grown fruitless over the years leading him to focus his efforts in protecting his people and putting their needs before his own. That is until a chance meeting brings a light so bright into his life, it burns his very soul and might just be exactly what he has been searching for all these years. But will they consume him before a true match can be forged or will he be forced to forever be alone?

I could only watch from the forest as my family home burnt to the ground. Townspeople stood nearby wielding torches. The bishop stood in the trampled remains of my garden, preaching from their god's holy book. I shivered and shrunk further into the bushes that hid me. This hadn't been an accident. And the villagers had meant for me to be burned, as well.

In summary, got inspired to draw mister big-bad deadly soul sin, William Wrath from my Legendary Wolf Warriors stories. Been a long while since I’ve drawn him solo and very fitting to show his pure madness screaming into open fire.

Last I drew Wrath was almost a year and a half ago, but more his slight manifestation when possessing Yamato. My poor boi not having a good time ;;m;;
