    Suddenly Bright | 30 of 90

    MHB is the most beautiful and graceful person I have ever seen. Yesterday I could not work out, so, since yesterday I should have done Relevé and Abs, today I should work out to BB (according to my Peter Cobby's workout plan adaptation), I mixed it up here: Cobby's Abs, Ballet Beautiful's Body Blast DVD ("Butt Series 2" —the hardest BB workout I believe!), "Inner & Outer Thigh" workouts from BB's Total Body Workout DVD, and BB "Odette Workout," then Relevé's Side Split stretches.

    I also brisky-walked 3 miles, as per Peter Cobby's directions.

    For breakfast I had a simple smoothie (blueberries + strawberries + 3 scoops of soy yogurt + 1 tbsp flaxseeds + sesame seeds), 20 gr of fresh coconut as a side, and also a taste of a sponge cake my aunt made. Just a taste.

    For lunch I made myself Peter Cobby's tunna & avocado salad and carrots & hummus.

    I am changing my mind about Cobby's meal plan. It is simple and easy. And, except for this incredible amount of eggs involved for breakfast, it is quite of my taste, but high in protein, which is, I know, what I must struggle with, my protein intake.

    Anyway, for dinner I had a garlic omelet and roasted garlic green beans.

    My encounter with psicology yesterday could not have gone worse. Not my style at all. Too "infantile," if I may say so. I am debating whether I will come back, or look for another type of therapy.

    Yesterday was a very nice day, regardless. I think the issue is my lack of socialization, as of late. I do not have friends, really, and University life was my unique source of social life. The pandemic took that away. Yesterday I talked with people and moved around the city, saw people, heard them talk. It was kind of nice.

    And it made me concentrate on work more.
