    6/6/20. Getting leaner!!! First time under 160lbs in a while! Super stoked. Stepped on the scale at 159lbs after working out!! Squats today we’re lower weight at 215 but I threw in probably 8 sets to make up for the lack of weight. Strength is def on the lower end but that could be due to working out midday since I always workout in the evening. But my arms workout was very nice today.. overall good day. I’m also feeling super super superrrrrr light today. Can’t wait to keep this up and see what I look like by the time my bday rolls around 😎

  • HI, my name is Eva. I’m a mum of three children, I’m 37 and yes I’m overweight. This lockdown was a perfect time for me to start again my workout. Honestly it wasn’t the first time, but sooner or later I giave up. But now I really want to achieve my goal. I’ve started working out on the 12th of March. First I did 3 times a week but later I realized I’m doing something almost every day. And it happened not just because I wanted to lose weight, I did it because I enjoy it. Today I finished my 53th workout :) It helps me to keep my sanity. I want to show you how I do it, next to my children, husband, everyday life etc. I’m not perfect but this is my journey…

    • so people can see how jacked i am. i want people to see how big my biceps are
    • i want to do parkour and that extra weight put pressure on my body when landing and also i cant lift my body weight. I’m going to meet my weight loss with strength increase in the middle.

  • I’ve just started learning staff twirling and movement stuff from youtube (two movements in and practicing mixing them as a third) and got my mum to film me for a minute so i can record my progress from beginner to badass. 

    i was hoping to hit myself in that time(just arm or hand), or do something awkward, just to be entertaining to compare to me in the future, but it went smoothly enough, slow and awkward, but unmaimed.

    literally a minute after she stopped filming i hit myself in the head. hard. I’m very glad i got pine and not oak.

    Well today was a def pushed myself day 😂😂

    Walking is such an easy work out👌🏻👌🏻 also I usually only go for an hour but a friend wanted to catch up hence the almost 2.5 lol

  • I’m hyped. I’ve been working on training to do the splits for a few weeks now and i’m getting close. I’m generally flexible anyway, but i think this last 10cm is going to take a while, and then there is learning to just fall into the splits like its nothing. 

    I think i need to incorporate a few new stretches to get there, but its not like i have literally anything else to do.

    5/10/20. Haven’t worked out much for about a month. Prob worked out 7 times or so in a months timespan. The WRX has been my main focus as I’m getting it ready for the track… Lots of stress for this entire month. Have 0 motivation to workout. Had a decent workout today, deadlifting I think 265-275 today. I think I’ve gotten a little chubbier due to the lack of working out and my diet has been complete shit all month. Starting tomorrow I’m going back in this.. time to go beast mode and get shit by the end of the month. Gonna be hella grinding until the end of the month. Let’s see how things go..

    3/20/20. The end of the quarantine week…

    Another leg day today. Still doing 225. Next leg day I’m going to bump it up and do 235 or 245 for 3reps and then knock out 3 sets of 5 reps at 205. Then 2 sets of 165 for 10 reps. Should be a good workout. Wrist still doesn’t feel good. Might take tomorrow off and do chest on Sunday. We’ll see how I feel.

    3/16/20. First workout in about a week. Leg day today. Man today was ROUGH. I just couldn’t get going. Man I definitely have gotten weaker since December… Getting sick sucks so fricking much, wish I didn’t get sick earlier this year. I’ve been sick so much this year 😭 Totally kills the ego going from a 275 squat to barely keeping up with a solid 225.. today I was doing 205 and it felt so rough. Had to stop cause of my wrist injury. Wrist is starting to hurt again but I think I cut it short today without putting too much stress on my wrist.

    I really want to start benching again but I don’t want to mess up my wrist :(

    Threw in a forearm workout towards then end, glad to say the veins are looking good from the pump! I’m cutting out some calories from my diet. Aiming for a solid 3 moth gradual cut and hoping to get under 10 percent by July.

    3/7/20. Leg day again. Was a little tough since I did a morning workout. I always lift the best during mid day :(

    Did 225 and was struggling and was struggling. Only got about 2 decent sets in a 225. Switched to 205 and 185 for the rest of the workout. Did some leg press and hamstring curls– hamstrings are def looking much nicer lately. Finished with some light shoulder workout 💪

    Tomorrow is deadlift day, can’t wait to get back to the gym. Seeing Alice tonight too, super excited. Ive barley talked to her this week so I’m really looking forward to seeing her 😊.

    Step step step step

    Yesterday was a pretty relaxing day. Played games and watched movies. But was determined to get my steps in. It feels good to have a goal on a lazy Sunday. Something about it helps the day not feel boring.
