My upper body strength is not my most redeeming quality. This means that it takes a whole lot for me to grow my back and chest muscles. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a hard gainer or that I started from ZERO body strength but I kno from looking at my progress that I make smaller chest and back gains while I have been making leaps and bounds in terms of abs, biceps, and legs. It just takes longer for my upper body to respond…so frustrating!

After learning to swim and riding the high from hittin the gym I don’t mind the beach so much anymore.
When I first got to California my job was close enough to the beach that I could hang out there during lunch.
I already look like a superhero when I hit the gym so time to kick it up some.
Yup, I’m gonna start doing some cosplay. I’ve had a couple great costumes already.

Before I moved to LA I did a 🙄bunch of 💪🏾two-a-days💪🏾 as a form of detox a couple of months beforehand.
In the mornings was heavy cardio🏃🏾♂️ and in the evenings I lifted🏋🏾♂️. I enjoyed the alone time. It was challenging AF but felt great in the end.
