Foggy, Big Ben, London
It leads into the darkness
Where are you going to hide?
There’s no where
Just accept you fate

jakob_lr: The Bay really treated me with some wild conditions for my first time shooting fog in over a month. A comet Neowise mission quickly turned into a fog chase as @codymayer22 and I climbed up the headlands through the morning fog push. So glad we could clear the fog line to see golden hour from up there.
Whitby Abbey in North Yorkshire,
Sometimes when I wake I think I’ve fallen into a glass of milk. A stage of pale mist, which lies over grass and lake, like thinly veiled lace.
I think of this space, in-between, and as I look around I see others. They carry packs and wear worn jackets and muddy boots. They are wanderers too. We stand in silence.
Are you really awake - the cats, moving deftly through the sea, ask in their lilting voices. Turquoise fishes drift through the subtly sweet air, they have no end, no beginning - no destination and no purpose.
Roaming, restless wanderlust. A reflection in a puddle. For what is and is not.
Sometimes when I fall asleep by the smoking wood, I dream. Of yellow eyes, and yellow rain boots, and yellow-striped greens. I dream of the glass, the non-mirror.
And sometimes I think I’ve gotten too attached, to the unknown - the adventure
Sometimes waking up at 530am is worth it to see your local cemetery in the morning fog
Peter Lukas is just my excuse to draw foggy things
