    So I'm editing a cooking video I filmed a while back. I am not really a content creator and I don't really try to be, but I kind of would like to. I really love cooking and have an interest in making a career out of food.

    Anyway, it's an area in which I feel comfortable and safe and expressive in doing something creative, so it feels meaningful to actually be doing some of it. Like, cooking is a creative endeavor that I indulge in a good amount, but to actually film some of that and make a piece of media is another something which I feel like I have missed out on doing more of when I was younger due to being insecure and stuff. It feels good to shake off some of the dust too and get better at editing.

    July 25, 2021

    Goal for today: don’t skip breakfast, have small meals throughout the day, under 700 calories, drink tea before every meal.

    -frozen waffle~95

    -skinny pop chips and hummus~260

    -bowl of tomato soup~60

    -four small pieces of mozzarella bread~244

    TOTAL: 659

    Thoughts: pleased that I stayed under 700 but it’s so frustrating how barely any food amounts to so many calories! The tea is definitely helping to suppress my appetite though.

    Today was a really bad day. I start at a new workplace tomorrow and I’m so anxious. I went around snacking the entire day and felt awful. At least when I’m working I won’t be able to snack all day. It’s ironic...Tomorrow this disordered bitch will go and work in a ✨kitchen✨

    And that's it for today. A bit hungry but that will have to wait until breakfast. Did yoga, it was nice but I am tired today.

    I am losing quite a bit of hair. And bruising. And my stomach has been a bit of a mess. Might also be stress/not being used to eating so much fibers.

    But I will do this. I have 17 kg left to go. Let's do this shit. can I lose another 17 kg in 5 months? We will find out.

    Breakfast was shake and coffee, as usual.

    Lunch bulgur sallad

    Snack was strawberries and mango passionfruit sorbet (and more coffee)

    Dinner pasta sallad with corn and ham.

    Had a can of ginger beer too.

    Intake 1257 kcal.

    Have done laundry and grocery shopping. Going to do ca 50 min of yoga too.

    I’m making progress. Not bad for three days.. I’ve lost 3 pounds from restricting.

    CW: 153

    On Sundays I hangout with my boyfriend and it so hard to restrict. But I’m committed now that I googled the place we’re having for lunch. I’m going to get the veggie sandwich. It only has 410 calories after that I’m sure we’re getting coffee/ boba so I’ll stick to a low calorie drink.

    Today I’m only hoping to eat 850cal. Every week the calories I consume will be 100 less. Next week I’m aiming for 700 calories. I feel so much better now. I don’t feel as bloated or gross going to sleep or waking up.

    CONSISTENCY IS KEY TO WEIGHT LOSS

    one thing i’ve learned is that consistency is KEY. ate 1000+ cals? that’s okay just don’t think “i’ve eaten so much already might as well carry on”. one day of eating more isn’t going to stop me from reaching my goal. i’m 5lb away from my goal right now. i’ve lost 31.3kg (69lb) so i can lose these next 5lb. it might take a week, it might take a month. i will get there if i’m consistent though.

    i lost 69lb by being consistent. and i’ll lose these next 5lb by being consistent.

    Meal Log July 24th

    Breakfast- one cup of coffee with creamer and 3 small breakfast tacos. Made with corn tortillas, egg, jalapeños, onion, tomato, bacon, and parsley

    Lunch- leftover grilled chicken salad from yesterday. Wasn’t a whole lot so I also finished the leftover mashed potatoes from another night. Had another cup of coffee later on

    Dessert- cupcakes :)

    Diary:

    Skipped on dinner today. We woke up pretty late so it wasn’t very necessary. We did go for a nice walk outside. Didn’t get to go running but hopefully can do it tomorrow.

    Had one glass of lemonade hence total is now 1129 kcal intake. Walked for over an hour and 40 min yoga. 9000 steps today and 590 kcal burned according to the smartwatch. Time to shower then sleep. Feel better now.
