    Today I felt a little more hungrier and I almost binged, but thankfully I didn’t. I just had water and apple cider vinegar, and I feel so fkn sick now :(

    I highly doubt I’ll be able to get anywhere near 1150 calories tomorrow…

    Food diary

    Breakfast/lunch:

    Green smoothie (spinach. Papaya pine apple, ground chia & flax seed powder)

    2 hard boiled eggs

    I like this breakfast it keeps me supper full for super long! The chia/flax combo make it nice and thick so I don’t have to add too much fruit and give extra fiber :)

    Snack 1 : matcha latte w oat milk, some strawberries

    Snack 2: some pieces of baguette w olive oil and a hard boiled egg

    Dinner: one hot dog w bun and one solo hot dog

    I got chubby out of no where 😐 went from 160 to 180 over winter/spring bc i was hanging out w friends and family a lot. I feel so uncomfortable at this weight. It feels as if im wearing someone else’s body. I don’t recognize myself in the mirror, if i even muster the courage to look at myself. Im scared to rejoin the gym bc i know they’ll notice i gained weight. Nothing fits me the way it used to, and ive had to buy bigger pants. Honestly feel so icky right now and i hope i Can get back on track ☹️ i want to be at least 155 again i know it’s possible bc and that has been my usual weight for years but this year messed me up and 155 seems so far from 180

    i fast for 18 hours every day, and eat only between 2pm-8pm ✅

    no more than 1,200 calories a day ✅

    what i ate:

    🕑 2:32pm - chickpea salad toast 🥪 241 calories

    🕖 7:50pm - tofu manchurian 🍛 692 calories

    total: 933 calories 🌟

    notes:

    oops forgot to post last night! today was okay. i did a lot of cleaning/laundry in preparation for the weekend, cause i'll be selling a lot of my old clothes. i had chickpea salad toast for my first meal and for dinner i had my last serving of tofu manchurian.

    meh. posting now to avoid overeating, hopefully. might have some senna tea tonight to “”clear out””. im happy to have biked a bit on my recumbent bike before work, feel like i could be doing so much more tho. and i dont think my fitbit rlly counted that as “steps” but idk if it should? im hoping for a good, busy week. i dont wanna be busy but that means burning cals at least. just want to be back to that glorious 178lbs.

    Water + black coffee

    Breaky: 2 eggs (scrambled w olive oil, cayenne pepper, and red chili flakes), 1 banana, and 2 hash browns from BK.

    Snack: skewer of grilled pork, small pork roll

    Water + another coffee ( bad for me but i have a test to study and no time to sleep)

    Lunch: 2 handfuls of popcorn, half can of pot pie soup ( gosh i love soup)

    Water + daily vitamin

    Snack: homemade slushie (credit to a recipe I saw on Tumblr but just put in lots of ice, about a cup of water, an instant lemonade packet, lime juice, and 2 strawberries. It was soo good and way less sugar and calories than a gas station one)

    Water intake: 💧💧💧💧💧💧

    Lessons learned: i forgot how much joy food can bring, i.e. soup

    Proud of myself for: getting a good grade on my final presentation! Also, slowly learning to have joy with food again. I think even at the beginning of recovery I never saw food as something that could make me happy like it used to. I saw it as a transaction that needed to be made in order to survive and make others stop worrying about me, but the cost was calorie count. Now, it happens in spurts, but sometimes I'll sit down to eat something and just enjoy it. Not because it has low calories or because my family finally got off my back, but for the simple joy that something tastes good.

    Looking forward: i want to make sure I recognize and hold onto those moments and also moments like that in every aspect of life. Just doing something for the simple joy of the pleasure it brings.
