    raw rice, lentils & seeds mix + pea protein strips marinated in soy sauce & mango sweet chilli sauce + spinach + carrot + roasted & salted edamame // 324 kcal

    a vanilla protein shake // 175 kcal

    a ginger & lemon protein bar // 205 kcal

    tiramisù // 234 kcal

    celsius city pulse // 4 kcal

    total: 951/1000 ✨ 76g protein, 16g fiber

    that tiramisù was a major letdown, i've only eaten homemade tiramisù for years so i've gotten spoiled i guess

    i did four easy ~10 min youtube workouts but it didn't feel like i exercised enough to have a full exercise day intake so i split the difference and set my limit at 1000

    hngh i need to go and exercise off the 773 calories i ate today… my parents are planning a huge dinner with guests and roast potatoes and grilled chicken and the meal could be well over 600 calories.. :( so i’m going to do a 900 calorie workout, and that‘ll leave me with -127 calories, and then after dinner it’ll be 473 calories (rounding dinner up to 700 to be sure), and then i’ll try a 500 calorie workout to burn that off after dinner.. wish me well x <33

    So currently I have to eat under 695 calories everyday to get to my ugw of 105 on Christmas. So here’s my plan since ik some days I’ll go over.

    the day before a gathering for family where I feel I end up having more I’ll go down 200 and then day after I’ll go down 200. Day of I’ll exercise 100 more if possible.

    here’s the basis for my weekly schedule:

    Sunday:500

    Monday:700

    Tuesday: 600

    Wednesday: 550

    Thursday: 600

    Friday: 700

    Saturday: 800

    im also starting a workout plan which I’ll post next🥯

    notes: so my friend found out about my fast. she got very worried about me (she knows about my eating disorder but didn’t know i had relapsed) so she made me take some sips of a soylent which just has a bunch of vitamins. and then she took me to poke bowl and made pick one to eat with her. i’m mad i didn’t make it to 72 hours at least but this was the longest i had fasted so that’s something to stay least be a little proud of. i am mad that i ate so much of the poke bowl. i got full halfway through but kept eating to make my friend happy. now im so bloated and my stomach HURTS. now that my friend knows she asked me to send her everything i ate during the day at the end of everyday. it’ll be easy to lie but i love her and don’t want to lie to her :( i’m hoping she just forgets honestly. also i took the edible with my friends and u haven’t taken one since july so i’m very.,,.,..,..u know skdjsksk n e ways i’ll prob restrict to about 500?? or 600?? tomorrow. gn everyone <3
