i mean, spent a good part of dinner waving away a wasp but it was still nice
Today is the last day of that diet/medication and tbh I'm so excited to like eat fruit, fries, and the occasional coffee again-

I've been away from tumblr for quite a bit. That started when a metabolism day turned into a "metabolism week" and then a month.... Yay...
So I have gained most of my lost weight back. I had started out at 96 kg, and was the lightest at 88 kg. I weighed myself the first time in 3 weeks on Monday and I was at 91 kg there. (I was in Italy from Thursday to Sunday, but I decided to not try and go back and try to eat as little as possible, but to enjoy the few days. We did walk a lot and bicycled through a very nice park)
So I am back to business now.. It's now Wednesday, two days later, and I am already back in the 80s (89,9 kg, but I take what I can get). I know that it's probably mostly water weight, but the motivation to succeed is there full force.
I have also decided to not post food logs anymore (I had posted two or three, but they always felt very weird and unnatural to write and post.)
I have started the purple diet on Monday, 26.07.21. So I hope that I will reach the goal of 85 kg along the way and maybe (maybe maybe maybe) a bit more.
So yeah. Whoever it interests, this is the current state of things.

Therapy was rough yesterday, sure, but I really didn’t expect my brain to go this dark. It’s a constant struggle. I’m trying to just go through the motions. I did groceries. In an hour I will take a small walk and get a coffee while calling with a friend. I will do one load of laundry today. I took some chicken burgers from the freezer so I have something easy to cook tonight ft. prefab veggies.
It’ll have to do. The plan was to apply to (at least) 2 more jobs this week but at the rate things are going I don’t see that happening. I really need a job though. I wish I could do a training ‘how to apply for jobs’ or ‘how to find job openings that suit you’, because I really feel at a loss here.
Anyway, I just saw I have 4 job openings saved and the deadlines are all early august. So I think it’s okay if I don’t manage anything this week. I don’t know if I’ll try to email A today - on the one hand, it might be good to try and share a bit about what the hell happened for me. On the other hand, I just don’t want to. Shame shame shame. And some anger I think? I don’t even know.
I’m sad today. But I’ll keep going. Just keep swimming, just keep swimming 🐟🐟🐟

I went out by myself yesterday,,it was so so so so much funnn!! Read my book (The metamorphosis -Franz Kafka) by the lake ,,i walked on the forest (burned so many calories but its unrelated) ,,smoked a cig drunk my ice tea and bought a pack of strawberry gum ,,saw some of my classmates while walking around town (very awkward tbh) ,,pet some stray kitties and doggies(remember to clean your hands after ,,i carry hand sanitizer),,also found a beautiful vase on the side of the road didn’t take it it was a little damaged ,,that was pretty much it !!i really enjoyed itt ,,
had some very good bread n butter nature is healingh
My grandmother opened the freezer and took out a frozen pizza. Instead of actually preparing it normally, she opened the box and just,,,,bit into the pizza. It still had the plastic around it. To my horror, she kept on biting and eating it until the dream ended.
