spent the day in NYC with my sisters :) we stopped at wawa to grab breakfast and i got a donut but only because it was 330 cals :( i also got a monster zero and a bunch of fruit!! even though i was still counting calories it was still the first time i had eaten a donut in a WHIIIILE. man it was sweet. i almost preferred the fruits but i still had to eat a decent amt of calories, hehe.
because we wanted to get to the met with time to spare we ended up skipping lunch. by the time the met closed we were super hungry and we went to serafina on 79th, where i got a FULL neapolitana pizza (anchovies and capers, NO JUDGEMENT it’s the mediterranean in me >:) ) and to my surprise i ended up eating all of it!!
overall rating: it was so good but man those anchovies were salty…
when i got home my dad had cut some fruit for me and my sisters and i had some mango and apples :D
overall it was fun!! (except for the tornado near home when we were in NYC and me desperately trying to reach my dad through the home phone but he wasnt picking up and i was all anxious about my poor outdoor kitty. everyone ended up fine but i called the home phone 13 times and mans was in the basement on the treadmill… :)) )
So I binged. Then hidden in tent so I won’t eat more. But it’s soo hot in it that I feel even worse.
Thought about purging but on the camp side there is no space I could safely do that. And I haven’t purged in about 1.5 year. I want to cry. I feel like a failure.

vanilla ice cream (40gr/89kcal)
cocoa powder (4gr)
!instead of ice cream you can use milk or another product
Put the gelatine in cold water for 10-15min.
Melt the ice cream, sweetener and add cocoa powder, then add gelatine.
Beat up white egg.
Carefully mix all together.
Leave in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

I'm an early eater. If I ever skip breakfast it's because I'm deathly ill or else I'm going to be a complete monster all day: starving, angry at everyone, unable to function. Even when I do finally eat, the hangry feeling stays with me until I end up binging.
On the other hand, I just don't night-eat. I usually need to eat dinner as close to 5 or 6 as possible and then just have no interest in eating the rest of the night. Even if I do get a little hungry (this is relatively rare) I just go to bed a little early instead bc I know if I eat I'll sleep badly.
Does anyone else work like this? I see all the girls who prefer skipping breakfast or fast until dinner and I'm just like 😯
