What is Moon Water?
The concept of moon water is quite simple. Moon water is water that has been charged by the moon. The moon water is then charged with properties of the moon, and even the zodiac sign that the moon is in. Moon water is rather universal in its use in witchcraft. Moon water is best made during the full moon, since that is when the moon is at her most powerful, but it can be made during any moon phase (but I would recommend making it over the course of a few days)
What is Moon Water used for?
Moon water can be used for virtually anything. The best part about it is that you get to be creative with it and use it intuitively (much in the spirit of the moon). The possible ways to use moon water are not countable, but there are basic and common uses, such as: manifesting; blessing; cleansing; anointing; healing; banishing; and divination. Of course, there are some more fun and everyday ways to use moon water
Creative and Fun Ways to Use Moon Water:
Use it to make tea
Add salt (preferably sea salt, but any work) to make an excellent cleanser
Wash your face with it for beauty
Drink it to attune yourself with the moon
Add herbs to it to amplify the properties of those herbs
Water plants with it
Energize crystals with it
Meditate with it to amplify your goals and manifestations
Use it in a diffuser, possibly with oils
Use to paint watercolours and amplify your intentions
How to Make Moon Water
Step 1: Find an empty jar and wash it. Label if necessary
Step 2: Fill your jar with clean, fresh water. Covering the jar with a lid is recommended if you don’t want anything to accidentally get inside, and absolutely needed if it is going to be put outside
Step 3: Find a safe location for the jar to rest overnight. This location needs to be in a place where the moon is visible for that time. It is recommended that the moon be full, but if you want to make moon water during another moon phase, you can achieve a similar potency by keeping it out for a few nights
Step 4: The next morning, remove the jar so that it does not absorb too much sunlight. Store in a dark place, treat it as you would bottled water
I found this on Facebook a couple days ago and it gave me Quentin and Chris vibes
