June 18 Food Log
Breakfast: Cooked oatmeal with banana and almond milk Lunch: Oven baked vegetables, BBQ sauce, little leftover kimchi rice Dinner: Oven baked zucchini and mushrooms with baguette, watermelon
Activity: 5 minutes contemporary dance, 15 minute Chloe Ting booty and legs workout, 10 minutes Chloe Ting arm workout, 15 minute stretching routine.
Skincare routine: ✔️
I am thinking to take up 10-15 minute morning yoga sessions after waking up. I really need to find my inner strength for that.
After all those years I am grateful that I found a method that works for me. I more or less enjoy the dance workouts and do the Chloe Ting ones because I finally want to get strong. The stretching is always a blessing to my body and my soul. I am also grateful for the God-given motivation to not to eat certain foods and do the workouts every day.
