Review (translated): "[...]But Konserthuset was packed on Tuesday evening for Cream, H&K and the danish trio Young Flowers. The latter didn't have much more than good will to offer in their efforts to reach the ideasl of Jimi Hendrix. The two other groups made the show one of the best shows in the genre this year.
Cream hasn't changed much since their last visit. Drummer Ginger Baker is versatile enough to fully fill out the little formation and guitarist Eric Clapton's feverish playing and fullness of tone compensate for a certain lack of variation. Strongest is Jack Bruce: an extraordinary bassist and singer. As harmonica player, he is non-inferior to Sonny Boy Williamson.
The group has an ability to listen between themselves and all members have a feeling for picking up on the other's playing. Subsequently, the songs naturally tend to get long. Yet it feels as if the group with their current image has exhausted their possibilities of expansion. Additions in the form of more musicians or substantially different instruments are probably needed in order for the group not to stagnate."
