“if everyone put out, we’d have a winning football team” is really one of those quotes that sticks with u
i just realized that santana from glee reminds me so much of zayn for these reasons:
1. both underrated amazing singers
2. absolutely gorgeous in every single way
3. quiet yet funny
4. great sense of humor
5. always has fun no matter what
6. MY FAVORITE PEOPLE EVER
🎬 “True divas aren’t really mortal like Santana Lopez.” - Glee The Series
🎄 ** Why Santana? **
To be honest, I’ve never watched Glee seriously but 10 years ago, I bumped into the Christmas songs they sang “Last Christmas” and of course, I was touched by them since then. They are truly amazing casts. I’ve got the playlists from Glee and been listening to them every year especially in Christmas. These days I’m still keep watching them performing my favorite songs in Youtube. I know every character; Finn, Rachel, Tina, Quinn, Brittany, Blaine, Kirk, Mike, etc. But my most favorite character was Santana Lopez. She’s fiercely charming and confident. She sang lots of beautiful songs. (My top lists are…Don’t Rain On My Parade, Nutbush City Limit, River Deep Mountain High, I Will Survive/Survivor, Santa Baby, Valerie, etc.) So she gave me inspiration about not to fear and be myself. I’ve learned a lot from her. This year 2020 is the tough year to not only the Glee fans, but also people who knows Naya. She was absolutely stunning in every role she was, singer, mother or friends. We’re profoundly sad for this loss. But she remains in everyone’s memories forever. Just like Finn once said “True divas aren’t really mortal”, which is true for both legends, Naya Rivera and Santana Lopez.
So I decided to create this cross stitch pattern for this beautiful soul. To have her inspire us everyday. To remind that how much you love her voice and performances. To all of Glee fans. I hope you like it.

Don’t remember ever seeing this pic of her during her Glee days. Miss her so. Naya Rivera Rest In Peace.
Santana using her words to show Brittany how much she loves her because ‘words of affirmation’ is one of her main love languages <3
After Naya’s passing I renengaged myself with the Glee fandom and that’s honestly been my biggest mistake of 2020.
I knew better and did it anyway.
I know it’s been a month since Naya Rivera died and that tought still feels weird. I love Glee. That show was all about acceptance and that really helped me through my teenage Years. I still listen to the music frequently. The last moths I listened to it more than usual to give it a place. It feels weird to grieve about a celebrity aka a person you don’t personally know. Still it’s totally okay if you do.
Naya sung so many great songs on Glee. The best way -for me - to coupe with soneone’s death, is to keep their memory alive. Here are some of my favorite songs she sung on Glee that really helped me.
River Deep, Mountain High
Valerie
Smooth Criminal
I wanna Dance with Somebody
How will I know
Hand in my Pocket/ I Feel the Earth Move
Girl on fire
Love Song
Here Comes the Sun
Brave
