I’ve lost 6.3 pounds in a week, 2.2 of which was from last night, which feels like a complete and utter failure.
I want to be at most 139.9 lbs by New Year’s, but the last day I can weigh myself is 12/27. So basically weigh 139.9 lbs by the 27th which means I have 17 days to lose 11.8 pounds….and then I go on vacation for 3 weeks…which equals no scale and I’m so worried I’ll gain back the progress I’ll make. I’m hoping I can stay at around 1200 calories while traveling and hope that I can still manage to lose a little bit of weight, but at the very least maintain.
