Listen, I normally don’t want to go to work or be at work, today especially; after having a literal nightmare that my workplace got short up but a bunch of people and I had to play dead in order to trick them and had to take down a guy in front of a large group of them in order to steal his gun, take out a few of them, and book it. Not to mention I was the only person who survived.

After a long journey in the unknown frozen outsides, he came back with a dog, no shoes and a mighty shotgun. He left naked. Oh hey, I'm back! Busy weeks prolly not worth the busyness. Get it? Cuz business!
A parent misplaced her gun and thought her kids had it. So she called the police, who came to my school. We were locked down for an hour, with students, reading about it on Facebook (yay social media).
It ended up that the gun was not in the school (it was in her glove box).
When it was done, we had to just go on.
So many things are wrong here.
She didn't know where her gun was.
She didn't trust her kids. (They're 11 and 13).
These are young black boys, so they were pulled out of class by many police officers and searched.
Their friends were searched in case they handed it off.
My principal keeps emphasising to the media that "learning was still happening". We were playing games and reading updates on social media. Kids were texting their parents. Parents were calling. There was no learning.
I have no idea if any learning happened.
I am trying to figure out how to sleep now and I have no idea.
The kids were great, resilient. It's their second "student might have a gun" threat in two years.
Nothing last year because of virtual school.
What even is this. Lock up your guns. You had a loaded gun in the glove box and two kids in the car at 8:30 in the morning.
