@icecurse made a great post some time ago and I had been thinking on it and finally had a small eureka moment.
The overall headcanon is the Yuki clan having “coming of age” ceremonies where they get their canine teeth sharpened. This is a standard within the clan and pretty much all of the Yuki them. The secondary part to this ceremony is optional, where those within the clan can choose to take the ritual trial in order to reach the third tier of Hyoton. Once someone passes this trial, they get a tattoo/marking symbolizing that achievement. I like to think the ones that have this tattoo are probably given a lot of respect.
Headcanon #22 - Chloe loves listening to classic rock and roll. Of course, she does enjoy some rock-country and some modern hits as well. Classic rock and roll is her favorite, though.
Percy humming Dear Theodosia to his and Annabeth’s baby/babies.
[ Jhin is ambidextrous, but not naturally so. He favors his left-hand but was made to use his right while growing up due to both cultural stigma and convenience. ]
On Thursdays, Opeli shoos him off the throne early, after hours of listening to letters and letting his legs swing off the side of the throne (Ezran’s feet still can’t quite touch the ground). She fixes the Crow Master with a stern look and he hurries through his last scroll and Ezran knows he’ll be free to go once the last word is written of his reply. She plucks the quill from his hands and passes over his finished letter with the king’s seal to the Crow Master in question.
“Now off with you, Your Majesty,” she says with a small smile.
Corvus comes with him, of course, as the sun hits Ezran’s crown and makes it gleam as they cross the nearest courtyard. Soren waves whenever they walk back, busy training the new (much more loyal) crownguard, but Ez knows he’ll see him soon enough.
Sometimes Corvus gives the young king piggy-back rides too, on their way down to the kitchens. Ezran doesn’t have to take the secret passages anymore (although sometimes he still chooses to) and Barius greets him with a smile once Corvus has dropped him off.
The baker had decided that if Ezran was going to continue eating as many jelly tarts as he possibly could, he would do well to learn how to make them, so Ez washes his hands and rolls up his sleeves. They try a new tart flavour every Thursday, Bait alternating between their laps as they sit and wait for the latest batch to finish, although Ezran is still sure persimmon is his favourite.
Soren comes around and steals some of the results of Ezran’s hard work, but Ezran just munches happily on his own as his crownguard ruffles his hair and removes, well, his crown.
It’s important to be a child king, sometimes.
The thing with Bluu is that she knows what’s up even if you think that she’s completely clueless. She doesn’t need to utilize her consciousness to figure out the truth, and someone like Bluu will manipulate your lies to get the truth, which she already knows, out of you. There’s no such thing as lying to Bluu, so you might as well be honest with her from the start.
While you might be terrified of hurting Bluu with the truth, it’d be appreciated more than hurting her with lies, since either way, you’re still hurting her, but at least with the truth, you’re being honest with her.
Since Hecate is associated with medicinal and poisonous plants, Adrian probably has an intuitive understanding of them (similar to Percy’s innate understanding of watercrafts and nautical coordinates.) I like the idea of him just tasting from a random plant and being like “As I suspected, Atropa belladonna, deadly nightshade.” Of course he’s probably immune to a lot of them, but I’m still working on that.
