I'm the most active here, honestly. Tumblr keeps me more present and aware of what I'm doing and what I want to do. It's like journaling/talking into the void to vent or plan or whatever. When traditional writing takes too long and my brain is going faster than I can write. It's been pretty vital to my growth as a person, which is unexpected.
The Fitblr Community especially has been super rewarding. Not just for my own person, but seeing people encourage each other, make posts spreading positivity, celebrating each other. It's nice to be a witness to that.
Overall, it helps keep me focused on my goals. Being more mindful of what I'm doing, why I'm doing it, what I want to do.
