Chris: We have a problem.
Sheva: Let me guess: you caused it?
Excella: Give me a sec, I’m not drunk enough to listen yet.
Jill: And it’s another Tuesday; your point?
Wesker: Would shooting you solve the problem? No? Then shut up.
Barry: If you mean the fire, that’s our solution to last week’s problem.

Had to get Avan's skin color right
My bad y'all
Thanks for the tag @the-lastcall! Here's a little something from chapter 3 for Under Your Skin. Not sure if I'll keep it but a fun interaction to write either way.
Jill looked down at the drawings that covered the pad in front of her. She had been drawing for the apst hour or so, partly for the job, and partly to forget that she hadn’t heard from Carlos.
“Thank you,” Jill said, watching as Ada pulled the pad towards.
Years of training helped Jill keep her face neutral, not wanting to betray how anxious she felt. Ada was tough on Jill, though she knew it was only to make her better at her job. But that was still tiring and she had been drawing the same three images for weeks now. She searched ADa’s face for a sign, something to show what she was thinking, but she was just as good at keeping her face neutral.
After a few more agonizing moments, Ada nodded and held the pad out to her. Jill took it saying, “Years of practice in the range probably helped with that. I was one of the best shots actually,” Jill chuckled, not quite meeting Ada’s eyes. “Glad that could be useful somewhere else,” she said softly.
A hand on her shoulder made Jill look up. Ada was smiling at her, but there was a hint of sadness in her eyes. It was the same look Ada had given her when Jill had opened up about why she was there looking for a job, that knowing expression of someone who had given up something they loved because there was no way they could do it anymore.

All this death wasn’t caused by a monster-making virus. It was greed. Human greed.
Jill is hot! 😍🥵❤️
