Han: can we take a picture?
Hyunjin: sure *pulls out camera*
Han: *takes painting off the wall* okay, let‘s hurry before they catch us
Is anyone interested in a trade? I’m looking for both Changbin’s double sided photocard and the photocard of him in the white top from the Thunderous video. I have Felix’s double sided photocard and regular photocard. I also have Seungmin’s regular photocard and the SUBK POB exclusive card.
I have Hyunjin’s framed photo, as well, if that strikes your interest more.
Send me a message if you’re interested (serious interest only please). I’d also prefer to trade within the US due to shipping costs and how unreliable international shipping seems to be at the moment.

Everyone’s head turned when the dial by the front door began to spin, the needle pointing to the location accessed by the person on the other side. The colors slowly blurred into view as the dial slowed down; red, blue, yellow and finally black. Someone was coming in from the badlands.
The door creaked open slowly to let a hooded figure in. The nauseating smell of gunpowder and thick smoke filled the room, making the others wince and scrunch their noses. The scent was nothing new to them, but having to smell it in the middle of the night in the comfort of their base was unprecedented. Most of them were still half-asleep, eyelids fluttering shut every now and then as they listened in to the details of tonight’s emergency meeting: the sudden disappearance of their team’s biggest threats and finding that one of the members of their team had gone missing.
You didn’t show up at the dining hall when all the members were called forth and you weren’t in your bed when Seungmin came to fetch you. In seconds he was bursting into the hall, piecing two and two together with the conclusion that you’ve run off and hunted down the monster yourself. Of all the members in the team, you took Jeongin’s death the hardest and you’ve been vocal about disagreeing with the team idling around instead of avenging him.
The house shook as a bomb went off outside, shattering the small glass window on the wooden door. But none of the shards reached you, even when you had your back to it. The fragments hung suspended in the air like frozen droplets of water in the winter, glinting the fiery orange of the hellfire outside for seconds before you let them drop to the floor.
Seungmin caught sight of the way your hand quivered as if you struggled to keep the shards afloat even just for a few seconds. He'd never seen you struggle with your ability before, effortlessly lifting heavy debris even after long fights out in the badlands.
“Come here,” Chan called out from the dining hall, watching alongside everyone else as you staggered up the front steps.
Something was off, Seungmin could feel it. It wasn't the first time you snuck out to do expeditions by yourself, nor was it the first time you braced yourself for a hefty scolding from the team’s leader. You’d burst in through the front door to find a few of the members waiting by the dining hall. They’d give you a lecture, one you probably memorized by now but still refused to abide by, and you’d give them spoils of the combat as a souvenir. They’d tell you not to do it again, but they hung your souvenirs proudly on the walls of the living room.
Seungmin was always sent to patch you up afterwards and the rest of his night would be spent channeling his energy to you through linked fingers as you slept soundly on your bed. There was an unspoken understanding with him listening to you babble about the battle until you fell asleep. All he did was listen, occasionally giving a few remarks every now and then before letting you talk again. It was a burden to have his sleeping schedule disrupted by your adventurous ass that couldn’t stay put, but he couldn’t deny the satisfaction of seeing you proudly waving spoils in your hand and seeing you smile even when you had half a dozen injuries (more or less).
He only ever saw you down on the night of the last failed mission. He carried the weight of Jeongin’s death as much as you did, thinking that if he healed the younger boy fast enough then it could’ve saved him. He understood your rage but heading back with a heavily crippled team was suicide.
Yet you did it anyway and you might’ve succeeded given that it disappeared off the radar. But at what cost?
“_____, come here!” Chan repeated, his voice thundering through the small space of the worn-down base.
Still, you didn’t spare a glance, pausing at the foot of the staircase that led up to the house’s second floor. You eyed the looming staircase, sighing when you saw that you had more steps to go. you barely got past the first few leading up to the ground floor without losing your balance. To make matters worse, you couldn’t outrun Chan's lecture today. In fact, you couldn’t do anything at all.
You outdid yourself this time and you doomed yourself when you decided that if you were going to avenge Jeongin, you were going to do it today—with or without the help of the rest of the team. You stormed out into the badlands, straight into the eye of the storm. Anyone would’ve laughed at your face if you told them you’d one-up the monster, especially if it took all 9 of you combined to bring it to the brink of death. You were so close to winning until it got Jeongin, cutting your power down by a fraction without someone to lull the monster into a trance. Retreat became the better option if you didn’t want to lose anyone else.
While you understood their need to recuperate and recover from injuries beyond Seungmin’s fixing, the monster outside recovered just as much as you did—if anything, it was recovering faster. You needed to move now. Without them, you were at a clear disadvantage but you didn’t have anything to lose. No one to keep alive, no one to protect, no one who could stop you from unleashing the worst on the monster at the expense of yourself.
It needed humans to recover from its injuries. Without access to the human’s world, it would be helpless. So be it, you thought, I'm sealing the fissure. You brought out your wild card, signing a deal with the devil so he could grant you the power to do the impossible.
You lived through it, barely. The roar of a million raging voices silenced the second you regained control of yourself, breathless at the edge of the once gaping hole to the underworld. The markings etched on your skin slowly began to disappear as you walked away. You looked back every few moments in paranoia thinking that the monster would cut its way through the seal you made, but it didn't.
It was a miracle you made it out alive. Halfway through the walk back to the shack, you realized that it was nothing but false hope. After all, demons never forget about the deals you made with them. The one you struck a deal with was no exception. You could hear its laughter echo in the back of your mind as you slowly closed the distance between the shack and yourself. Your muscles were on fire, every part of your body ached, and every step you took was agonizing. Your head throbbed in your skull and you opted that dying in the battle would’ve been better than having to deal with this.
“Let me at least get to the shack, damn it!” You didn’t think the rant would work but the demon left you alone for the rest of the way until the second you stepped into the base.
Pain pulsed through your whole body but you wanted to at least die on your bed. Your legs were getting more sore by the second and the steps were few and far between, the climb up the staircase was a steep one and you didn’t think you could even bend your knees.
Seungmin rose off his seat before Chan could throw another deafening shout in your direction, crossing the room in a few strides to get to you.
“_____,” he cooed. “Look at me.”
You turned slowly. The act was a small one but it was enough to nearly tip you off balance. Seungmin caught your arm in time and held you in place. Looking up, you found him staring back at you with concerned eyes—a contrast to his usual stoic expression every time he needed to patch you up at the expense of his sleep. Before you could point it out, your legs buckled beneath you.
Seungmin caught you for the second time, arms coiled around your body as he slowly sank to the floor with you. He leaned against the nearest wall and you leaned against him, feeling yourself slowly lose control of your limbs as every second passed. He didn’t realize the gravity of your situation until he caught a glimpse of the markings on your skin. He pulled your sleeve up, catching a faint glimpse of the faded ink on your skin—the marks of a contract with a demon. What did you give in exchange for the power to wipe that monster off the radar? He could only assume the worst.
No, he told himself. He can heal you. He can save you.
You didn’t realize you were still bleeding until you noticed that he was covered in the viscous liquid. You raised your right arm—the only limb that you were still capable of controlling—and you tried to wipe off the blood on his arm with your sleeve.
“Sorry,” you muttered, barely audible with your throat running dry.
You could feel yourself slip in and out of consciousness and you couldn’t make out what the others were yelling anymore. The only thing keeping you from slipping out of reality was the occasional jolt that coursed through you, the surge of coolness spreading across the palm Seungmin held. It was the familiar tingle of his ability working its way through your body, mending what had been broken in battle in the midst of your recklessness.
When you remained unresponsive, he felt his world stop. Another friend beyond his help, another friend he couldn’t fix. But he tried and tried anyway, mustering all of his focus to undo the damage that’s been made. Through gritted teeth and blurred vision, he channeled everything he could. He couldn’t afford to lose you too.
“Don’t you die on me,” he choked out, breathing heavily as he gripped your hand. “You can’t leave me like this. You can’t leave me too!”
You couldn’t imagine how exhausted he was after the last battle, having to heal everyone up to shape and bearing the death of a comrade that could’ve been prevented. He broke the limits of his ability, healing one member after the other both during the fight and in the aftermath. It was as if you were all getting better at his expense. Sure your bones mended and your skin sealed, a thousand times faster than they normally would, but the circles beneath seungmin’s eyes grew darker and his skin became deathly pale. Every day he went to heal you, he looked more tired and weaker. Still, he mustered a smile as he transferred his life force through your intertwined fingers. You couldn’t stand seeing him that way; not while you could’ve done something about it.
Slowly, your muscles stopped aching and your heartbeat slowed into a dull rhythm. For a second, you thought his ability was working against all odds. But you couldn’t feel his hand anymore, let alone the cool sensation that should’ve been coursing through your body stemming from his touch.
You felt numb, your body no longer responded to the many times you willed it to stay upright. Seungmin’s voice was muffled as if he were calling out to you from the surface of the water while you sink further into the deep. You could feel his body against yours, a familiar yet faint warmth fighting against the sheer cold spreading across your skin.
At least he didn’t have to heal anyone else beyond this point. There was no monster left to fight.
You wanted to wrap your arms around him, reassure him that he had nothing else to worry about anymore. But your arms lay limp beside you and it was taking more and more of your effort to stay awake.
You shifted, just enough for Seungmin to notice.
“No more losses from this point on,” you whispered, barely audible with the chaos ensuing between the members.
You gave in to the heaviness of your eyelids, cradled in Seungmin’s arms until you felt your consciousness separate from your useless body. The last thing you heard was the devil laughing maniacally as it dragged your soul back to hell along with the monster at the fissure.
