i really shouldn't hang out in swan / half lotus / butterfly / wide leg seated bend / frog /seated twist etc pose because i am 100% not using any muscles to do that and it'll just make my ligaments even more useless BUT

all of those are super comfortable so i still do them at body balance (yoga/pilates/tai chi combined) once a week like

plus it's really funny to just fold myself in half when everyone else is like... barely bending
