I got a brutal leg workout in tonight. My honey wasn’t feeling it, so I went solo. I don’t envy future me’s sore muscles, but I feel amazing right now! Crushed it!
10 goblet squats
10 DB jump squats
10 front squat
Wall sit to failure
6x12 Romanian deadlift
4x12 walking lunges (each)
4x10 lying leg curls
3x 12 Bulgarian split squats
4x15 calf raises
*no more than 1:15 minutes between reps
Bar facing burpees , S2OH, 150 meter run. Repeats……
