The last few days were horrible. Again I fell into that vicious cycle of selfdestruction. I thought I am bad and that my way of living is not acceptable. Then I realized that it is OK to want to be alone. It is okay not to be okay. I thought there was no way out of this mysery. But today, finally, I accepted myself and fell in love with life again. It is always going to be better. Even if it takes long, it will be fine sometime. Heads up!
