    also I've started doing light stretches and some arm exercises which is a big deal for me since like....... i had like stopped doing any kind of things to get me moving at all LMFAO

    #i used to be in orienteering.............. id run a lot and do conditioning stuff #wasnt very good at it but i was getting exercise every tues and thurs and when i quit i was like fuck all this and stopped LOL #id also run in backyard around and around for like 10 minute intervals......... i couldve lost mega weight if i wasnt also overeating #id eat the two bean and cheese tacos mg grandma would make me drink a coke...... and at dinner id eat a big meal of fast food #at the time i didnt care about losing weight but it was more of like... i wanted to eat more than i wanted to lose weight.... so cringe #but well anyway! im changing my lifestyle and getting skinny as shit!

    Gestern habe ich mich gewogen und bin jetzt bei 82.1 kg.

    Ich bin weiterhin motiviert gesund zu essen und abzunehmen und trotz dem gefühl an ein zwei tagen, dass ich überessen wollte, hab ichs immer geschafft unter 2000 kcl zu bleiben.

    Zum Frühstück gibts jetzg, wie so gut wie immer, ein Smoothie und ein Proteinbrot mit Avovado:)

    Zum Mittagessen gibts vermutlich Spargel mit irgendwas.

    Sport wird heut auch gemacht, trotz muskelkater. Was genau ixh mach, fass ich mal zusammen.

    Nice things men did to me when I was skinnier

    Last year before this pandemic started, I weighted less than now. Not a huge amount, but I wanted to share some things that happened to me at that time (also for my personal motivation) in or in front of my gym. It's very "man-related", I do not think male attention is everything in life lol, but it still felt nice.

    - In front of our gym is a little place with seating to chill and chat. I walked past three man, all looked at me and one said "Sorry I do not want to sound creepy, but you are getting prettier everyday". I blushed and repeated that I was barefaced that day and don't feel that confident without make-up. He replied that I do not need that.

    - One time some guys were sitting in front of my gym and also sat down and asked if one of them had a cigarette for me. All of them four instantly reached their packs to me lol. I don't know but I felt like Marlena when all of the guys wanted to light her cigarette. Before when I sat there and smoked no one noticed me really.

    - When I was on the treadmill doing my cardio, one guy came up to my and wanted me to take my headphones off. Then the said to me that he has noticed my weight loss and that I looked stunning. He also said that it's difficult for he to train right next to me because he rather wants to look at me, than he wants to train. I really did not know what to reply.

    - One time I wanted to fill my bottle with water on a tap in the gym. A man was there before I went to fill up. He said to me "Go before me, beauty goes for age".

    - I was at the leg press and struggled a bit to get the weights off after I was done. (I've got strong legs but not so strong arms). A man came and offered his help.

    Probably consumed about 1300 calories total today. I didn't really count but i did just dance for a bit w my sister and then ate a shit ton of sour patch kids💀 i did some bicycle crunches before getting in bed tho, prob didn't burn anything off but yeah. I think im gonna eat breakfast tomorrow because 1. I want peanut butter and want to avoid binging and 2. i heard that eating breakfast boosts metabolism so I'll just eat less at dinner. I'm gonna try to start a workout routine tomorrow and if it's nice out I'll spend about 15 minutes jump roping after school. Tomorrow's calorie limit is 850. I'm also going to start doing a jawline workout before i go to bed because i want a slim face and neck
