    my day tw:ed,sh,missgendering

    i've been to the doctor's all day cuz my back been hurting. it was horrible. Got deadnamed and missgendered a thousand times and had to undress myself for an xraay and the woman working there saw my scars and my bandages :D...Anyway turns out i have scoliosis lol but they said it wasn't serious. They prescribed me a buncha pain killers and i tricked my mom into buying me laxatives so...fun

    i honestly feel like non of my problems are real anymore cuz everyone keeps saying i make shit up or it's not that serious. My mom calls me a hypocondriac everyday lmao

    Anyway at least i haven't broken my diet so far 124cals just from rice cakes probably gonna fast the rest of the day.

    #weight mentions #this is a positive post but tagging weight things bc it's about that #anyway so a few months ago i bought some shorts off amazon to wear as pajama shorts #and based on their size chart measurements i got a 3x. that's generally the size i wear in most things so that wasn't too shocking lol #i got them and they were kinda loose but they had ties so i just tied them tighter and went about my life #the other day i noticed that they were like. really loose? so i was like 'eh i'll just buy more in a smaller size' #and i said fuck it and bought them in 1x because i know i've been losing weight #(not super consistently but enough that it's noticeable to me) #and if they're too small it's no big deal #i'll either lose enough weight to where they fit or i won't and it's not a huge loss #and i just got them yesterday and wore them to bed and they fit perfectly and i'm... #there's very rarely been a time in my life where i fit into 1x clothing?? so i'm??? gonna cry but in a good way #there's still things about my body i don't like but the fact that i'm improving without doing anything drastic to myself is nice

    I gotta go get a physical for my job today since I'm a minor- and like, ik how much I weigh. I check several times a day, but last time my mom checked I was 165 and I've lost like 20lbs in 2 months and shes gonna either gonna freak out, or not comment bc shes fatphobic and thinks I'm fat and can lose weight (which is true, just a game of does care about me)

    so my goal rn is to not eat a lot but to kind of eat healthy in a way..

    like today for breakfast i had

    -two large eggs 160ish cals (had them scrambled w a tiny bit of almond milk)

    • i added some chopped green peppers and green onion

    - ice coffee w almond milk (home made) (45cals)

    ----

    then i prepped a big salad for me to eat through out the day

    - lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers, carrots, a bit of shredded cheese

    ---

    so yeah.. but erm it's difficult for me to eat multiple times a day but i'm gonna try also i wanna work out today even if that a just going for a walk:)
