There are many good ways to loose weight. I do not want to copy them from other places or state obvious things. However, I would like to share a couple from my experience that are not so obvious.
First, try to eat every meal at the same time every day. After a week or two your body would learn the pattern and hours when you usually do not eat you would not have the cravings. However, make sure you take at least some meal during hours when you usually eat. This enforces the pattern in your brain.
In warmer climates if you eat less you do not get affected by heat as much as when you have full stomach. Interesting benefit is that you would not need to keep your AC as cold, facing heat outside would not feel as terrible as when you have full stomach. Think of this as saving: on electricity and food if that helps.
Multiple studies show that people who keep track of their weight daily have better progress that those who do not. Plenty of apps for your devices to do just that. On Apple Watch the best one would be Body Mass (aka Log Mass). So, make sure you keep tracking you weight daily.
