M/25/5’10” [210bs > 175bs = 35lbs] Wonders what a simple life style change and consistency will do, on a deficit of around 1500cal a day, my second time losing alot of weight, add in quitting smoking and other unhealthy coping mechs, and things look brighter day by day. around 2 stone left to go!
F/28/5’0 [204 > 153 =51 lbs] Been struggling with a bit of body dysmorphia lately and also with feeling as if I haven’t lost enough. I’ve maintained throughout COVID but haven’t lost the last twenty I was hoping to lose by now but this pic just reminded me of how far I’ve come. We got this fam 💪🏽
F/24/5’4 [175 > 145 = 30lbs] recreated my “before” pic while visiting home. Aug 2019 > May 2021. I run half marathons, eat healthier, and have set myself up for better lifelong habits via running, intuitive eating, and being kind to myself when I attempt anything but miss my goals. I love this body.
F/20/5’11 [240>175=65lbs] I genuinely thought I would never be able to lose the weight I gained while being stuck in an abusive relationship for 2 years, but after almost 1 year of eating healthy and walking about 5 miles per week I did it!! I am so proud of myself :)))
F/35/5’4 [180 > 171 = 9] (1 month) “Mama gets her groove back 🥴”CICO then KETO, one month but technically just got serious in the last two weeks. I feel a difference in my clothes, but don’t see what I feel. Then again I did choose camo for some reason. 😅 Glad to find a place to feel inspired. 💪🏽
Everyday I’m closer to my goals 💗💗 Hi guys, a few of my Weightloss before and after pictures got a lot of reblogs, first of all thank you. Second, thank you to my new followers 💪🏻 I’ve been getting many messages about my weightloss journey, all though I can’t respond to all I would love to help you all. Hi my name is Angelica aka Ang I’m 23 years old and I struggled with an under active thyroid and obesity my whole life. My whole life I knew weightloss wasn’t easy, but i don’t think I was ready for that commitment until I turned 20 I knew I had to make a change if I wasn’t going to accept myself then I had to change, change big time, it required a ton of discipline and nothing more than commitment and consistency.
I’ve never felt better in my own skin, not only physically but the quality of life is something I will never take for granted again. I will check in on you and before I create your plan we will have a conversation about your life style, food likes/dislikes likes and if you have any workout equipment etc. . all I need is 100% commitment, know it’s not easy but I promise if you follow 100% you’re gonna see some amazing changes. That’s why I need 100% commitment and 100% consistency.
F/25/5'4" [235 > 210 = 25] August 2019 to now (although only really started getting serious about my health in January of this year. Only about 70 more pounds to go!) I think I lost about 10 pounds just off my nose lol
