    Hi everyone

    I'm not posting as often as usual because of school, homework, etc. So I'm gonna give you a short update.

    My weight this morning was 46 kg, so I'm about 1 kg from my gw, wow. And I'm even eating more carbs than usual (my mother is making me do so). My caloric intake this week was little less than 600 kcal, not counting last saturday when I was on that trip.

    Today I'm going to a party for dinner and I'm really hoping I'll be able to stay on track, but I feel pretty calm because my weight this morning was lower than expected.

    Yesterday I worked out for an hour, but today I won't be able to, so I'll try to walk as much as I can. Hoping tomorrow I'll have time to exercise.

    This week I've skipped lunch twice and I'm doing the same this week.

    sorry i’ve been so inactive i’m currently moving!

    i’ve been carrying so many heavy and big boxes and standing all day and i’m COVERED in bruises😭 lowkey worried bc i’ve never had so many but i will admit i have been eating probably 1,000 calories for the past few days which is double my normal intake so idk !

    Day 25-27

    Won’t be updating as I will be eating normally due to family, uni work and some other reasons.

    Day 28 I will be reducing my intake to 1200-1400. Unlike the past month I will be including burned calories and will always eat at least 1200. I’m happy to say that as I predicted 1600 was enough to plateau :)

    Low calorie fall snack 🎃 🍂

    I call these fall fries, I just take an apple and cut it into as many long thin sticks as I can. Basically cut it into fries. After this sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on, not too much or you’ll lose out on the sweet taste of the apple. If you only use one apple you’ve got a super sweet fall treat for only 95ish calories :)

    Another finished school week. I’m so tired- I « allowed » myself to eat tonight even tho i was more going crazy and releasing all this week’s stress than just eating normally. i almost ate an entire pizza by myself. my belly hurt- i feel like i’m going to throw up but whatever. tomorrow i have to go to my best friend’s birthday party so obviously I’m going to eat for her (and the others i guess?) idk why i really want to go but at the same time i just don’t want to. i’ll just end up crying at the end of the party bc i ate too much two consecutive days. Btw, i stop the diet at day 7. I didn’t really feel like i was following it. I’m still tracking my calories intake everyday tho. as i said maybe a week ago my daily kcal limit is 900kcal and weeks after weeks i’ll go lower and lower.

    CW: 59,9

    Hiiii! Today I ate 626 calories and burnt off 182. So It's like I only ate 444. My original plan was to eat 450 calories so I think It's alright. Also, I didn't count the veggies I ate today, because my body really need vitamins. I ate two carrots and 500g of tomatoes (I was hungry, and I tought that It's better to binge on tomatoes than on ice cream. Also, tomatoes are really low in calories). Today was great, I feel so much better...
