WHO WANTS ME TO PICK THEM UP😂😂💀💀😭😭
WHO WANTS ME TO PICK THEM UP😂😂💀💀😭😭
why do i imagine hsmtmts to do legally blonde and gina is elle while ej is emmet- (BUT IDK BOUT THE BLONDE HAIR ON GINA)
Anyone who has watched the show How I Met Your Mother (great show, I highly recommend it btw) knows about The Olive Theory. It basically says that you can know if two people are soulmates and compatible when they complement each other. The theory is based on the main couple Marshall and Lily. Marshall doesn't like olives and Lily loves them, so they complement each other. Many things they do are a reflection of this, but what has struck me about it is that they can be made.
The Olive Theory is introduced in episode 1, but by then end it's actually revealed Marshall does like olives, but that doesn't make the Olive Theory less true.
Let's take a look at EJ and Gina shall we?
In both of these scenes the Olive theory is proved. How they care and love and cherish each other that makes them complement each other in such a beautiful way.
In the airport scene, for example, Gina is craving a granola bar but doesn't have one. EJ provides her one, even without knowing she wants one.
In the couch scene Gina doesn't understand what EJ is going through because her life has never been planned like his. Yet she manages to say exactly the right things to make him feel better and understand how his situation can be changed.
The Olive Theory proves that soulmates can be made with enough knowledge about each other in a loving way. EJ and Gina hated each other, but got to the point where they knew each other so well they knew each others necessities even when the other didn't say so out loud.
The managed to complement each other without even knowing it.
Further proving that the Olive Theory is effective.
Idk about you guys but obviously Gina had it bad for Ej before she even realized her feeling in episode 9. Let’s be honest, what Ej said wasn’t that funny but yet she still laughed to the point where she snorted. You know a girl has it bad if she laughs at his jokes. Only reason I laughed was cause her laugh is contagious and I just love them
And here, we have two dorks in their natural habitat.
okay this scene being cut and them having the audacity to post it on the instagram is a crime idc. tim, release the deleted scenes pls 😭
s3 better make up for the outrageous lack of screen time he had in 2a or im rioting. it doesn’t even have to be portwell, just give him the gosh darn screen time and the storylines he deserves.
💙When She Needs A Fix, We Know He’s Good For That💖

Description: Gina and EJ have been apart since their breakup in college for almost 10 years now. Gina is off participating in Dancing with the Stars and EJ has succesfully become a pediatrician. Both single after all these years, they reunite for a meeting Ms. Jen called in Salt Lake City and the sparks when their gazes meet are so electric everyone in the room can feel it.
Both Gina and EJ have had their lives gone wrong in the last weeks, so this meeting makes them remember what it truly feels like to be successful.
Will EJ and Gina become a couple again or will they stay separate?
Gina tried to stand still while one of the girls in the makeup crew worked on her face. It was mostly done, but her eyeshadow still needed some details, so she forced her eyelids not to flutter or move while Amy did her work.
"And...done!" said Amy, handing her a mirror so she could see herself. Gina took it and saw her very different self looking right back at her. She smiled. Amy was a wizard, some sort of magician, and her magic want was a makeup brush because Gina looked amazing. She was wearing light silver sparkly eyeshadow, adorned with an incredibly sharp eyeliner. Then, the makeup was topped off with the signature 20's style red lipstick.
"Thank you, Amy, I love it." Gina hugged her.
"It's my job Gina, if you didn't love it I would've started all over again. Now go out there and rock those judges with your dance moves!"
She grinned and did as told, stepping out of the dressing room. She saw on the other dressing room her dancing partner, Joey.
"Wow, Gigi, you look stunning..." He sighed looking at her. She smiled sheepishly.
It was no secret Joey felt something for her; he didn't try to hide it. After several months of practicing and being together to compete with other great dancers, she couldn't blame him for catching feelings. She would too if it wasn't for something stopping it. She had realized she hadn't been able to fall in love, or be interested in anyone ever since she broke up with EJ in college. Now, years later, she still asked herself if that was the right decision- if she made more damage than good. But even after so long she still believed that they wouldn't have been able to stay together in a long distance relationship. Those never worked. But, what had been the right decision then? What would have changed if they hadn't broken up?
"Shall we?" Joey offered his hand and Gina took it, the strings of her silver dress dangling as she finished stepping off her dressing room.
He looked down. "Those shoes comfortable?"
"Yeah, don't worry about it, tap shoes in the 20's were really comfortable." Gina answered.
Joey chuckled, and they started walking together towards the stage but he stopped. "Hey, uh," he looked awkward, and Gina knew exactly where this was going. "I wanted to talk to you about...something."
"Hmm?" Gina tried to be interested but quickly followed it with "well, no time for it now, it's almost showtime! We don't want to be late, that would be unprofessional and we'd get points off. You know how badly I want us to win."
He looked disappointed but didn't argue. They waited offstage for a couple of minutes until the host called their names and the song they were dancing to. Gina and Joey danced like never before. She wanted to win this so badly. If there was a good addition to a dancer's resume then that good addition was "won Dancing with the Stars". Plus, if they did win, her 20's outfit would look really cute in the picture.
The music stopped. Joey and Gina posed out of breath in front the judges. Their faces were neutral. The crowd went crazy as they clapped.
When they died down, the judges started talking. One said they were big fans and accepted them to move forward. Another agreed, but said something was missing, and that she was going to give us the chance to find that something and surprise her. The next said he felt the same way as the other one, but he didn't think they deserved a chance, and said no. Gina's heart sank, but she didn't let that bum her. The next judge said they liked them, but there were better pairs who deserved to move forward and she just couldn't allow them to fall out. Then the moment of truth came and it was up to the last judge to say if they would stay or leave. A tense environment wrapped around them like a blanket, and Gina squeezed Joey's hand hoping for the best.
The sound of rejection penetrated her heart and she let go of Joey's hand. She felt like crying, like shouting, like throwing a chair, like begging to do the routine again so that they could realize she deserved to move forward. She needed it. It was the only thing she had. Dancing was the only thing she had.
But she didn't do any of that. Instead, she smiled sadly, hugged Joey and left before the host could come up to her and ask her questions she wasn't ready to answer.
She got back to her dressing room and threw the door. She sat in the makeup chair and cried. A couple minutes went by and Gina heard a knock on her door.
"Gigi?" it was Joey. He seemed concerned. "Are- are you okay?"
"Go away. I'm changing." She lied.
"Um...alright...but just know that if you need anything- anything at all- I'm here for you. I'm sorry we lost, but there will be other occassions, other contests we can win. The fact that we made it this far is incredible, and I'm very proud of us. Of you..."
Gina didn't say anything. She wasn't in the mood to talk. He didn't get it. Gina had left so much, had sacrificed so much to get to this point. And now, in a heartbeat, all of it was flushed down the toilet. She already saw the headlines on the gossip magazines; 'Professional Dancer Gina Porter Eliminated from Dancing with the Stars, and Walks Out Without Commenting Anything!'. It made her sick.
She looked at herself in the mirror and instantly regretted it. Her makeup- the makeup Amy had spent so much time doing- was messed up. The trail of her tears was marked on her cheeks and her mascara ran all over her face. She grabbed a makeup wipe and started removing it gently. When she was done, she changed into jeans and a t-shirt and grabbed her stuff.
A notification from Instagram. Ms_Jen has added you to Wildcats Drama Club 2019.
Gina frowned. Why was Ms. Jen adding her to an East High groupchat? And why was her instagram username literally Ms_Jen?
Gina opened it and read the one message on the groupchat.
Ms_Jen: Hello Wildcats! It's been so long! I created this groupchat to notify all of you of an emergency we're having at East High! I can't explain every part of the situation, but it's imperative that all of you show up to next week's reunion at 4 pm on campus. East High could be lost without you! Hope to see you there!
This was all very sketchy, but Gina wouldn't argue on going. She missed all of her friends from East High, and a friendly reunion wouldn't hurt anyone. Plus, if she didn't go East High would be lost, or that's at least what Ms. Jen's words were.
So I saw this post going around about the possible date of when hsmtmts will be filming and stuff and at first I was nervous because the date is before Sofia’s birthday and I was afraid that because of it, we wouldn’t get our Portwell kiss but @justabigassnerd help with that feeling. It would be really nice if we got a flashback scene of the kiss from season two in season three. So we can see how happy and smiley they were afterwards, their talk about why Ej canceled and hopefully they went to risotto afterwards. A girl can dream 💭
