im going w my fam somewhere and it will have a lot of walking im rlly excited to burn cals but it would be my like 5th day fasting and i dont want to faint so getting some slim noodles and a bit of tomato paste for taste (30ish cals for the whole thing). going to try to not break my fast early (im supposed to make it to a week) but if i feel like im gona faint ill take some ps i will be drinking a lot of water thru the day. bc of this i'll have to weigh myself tom instead of september 22nd soo we'll see if i lost any! nervous tbh.
you don’t need that binge food. cravings last about 20 minutes. go look at pictures of your HW. is that what you want? Are the calories really worth it? no. i didn’t think so. go on a run. stop ruining your own goals.
