    reasons not to eat

    (if i feel like bingeing i look at this)

    - you will look so good in revealing clothes

    - your face will look so much prettier

    - brandy melville pants will fit perfectly

    - you’ll never have to feel self-conscious in a bikini or in a crop top again. you don’t have to feel that anxiety. you don’t have to care. 

    - nobody will call you fat ever again 

    - you would get views on tik tok for having the perfect body

    - you will literally have a model body. do you NOT want to look like bella hadid? lily rose depp? kaia gerber?

    - you’ll feel guilty and purge. remember how damaged your teeth are from that purging phase. that’s irreparable damage. the more you purge the worse it’ll look. don’t be fucking stupid.

    - u have to deal with the emotional stress of an ed. don’t you want to at least get being skinny out of it? don’t let yourself go through this without the benefits.

    - LOW RISE JEANS WILL LOOK SO HOT ON U DONT GIVE UPPP

    - ur waist will curve inwards instead of being just a straight line as u start to lose fat. that will be so fucking satisfying just imagine it

    - when you reach your ugw you eat that! it takes 1,600cals to be 108lbs at 5″5 and not gain weight. you can totally enjoy one or even two servings of that without gaining weight if you just stick this out a little longer.

    - ppl will see you walking down the street and wish they were you. you will be just like one of the girls you’re jealous of.

    - you will look so graceful and beautiful. like a delicate little doll.

    - you’ll have to log the food you’ve eaten into myfitnesspal. do u rly wanna do that? imagine the guilt.

    - you’ll never feel uncomfortable or conscious taking your clothes off when hooking up with a boy. you’ll be comfortable in your own skin.

    just don’t it. don’t be stupid. don’t let yourself down.

    Winter thinspo story thingo, as suggested by @cyrillusp

    The chilly air is beginning to drift into your classrooms and house and just about everywhere else, a sure sign the cold is on her way.

    You pull a pale jumper over your frail body, letting the sleeves droop and the hem fall over your hipbones. This jumper fit you perfectly a year ago, you swear to a friend. There’s very little fat on your body so you’re always cold, and everyone keeps lending you their clothes to stay warm in, letting you relish how big they are on you. You laugh as a classmate jokes that you might as well be wearing a blanket.

    Every movement you make feels graceful and perfect under the grey sky, ur long, thin, fingers making picking up a cup feel like thinspo; your body a piece of art you’ve finally perfected. Later, you pull the oversized sleeves of someone else’s jumper over your hands, covering the red bracelet you carefully threaded the day you decided on your ugw as a promise that you would one day reach it, a promise you have not broken.

    You sit curled up next to the fire, gaming with the friends that flocked to ur side when you became lovely, along with the date who practically begged you to go out with them, knees pressed together against the cold, thighs still not touching. Every bit of work has paid off.

    just purged I’ve been doing so bad and eating so much. what’s even worse is i hate to go out to dinner tomorrow. i need to stop eating so much i planned on a fast and everyday i fail i could be doing so much better… i will i won’t give up i’ll be skinny. food is everywhere how do i get rid of the urges to eat…

    you don’t realize yourself getting bad until you go from “i want to be skinny like my friends” to “i want to look pale and sick, i want people to worry, i want to be dangerously underweight and i want to look dead”

    because trust me. you can tell yourself you’ll be different. you can tell yourself that you’re not like the others who be hospitalized. but i fucking promise you that it’s not going to be different for you. this is a disease. anorexia isn’t a diet or an aesthetic. it’s a mental and physical illness. it will suck you in and the only way out is death or recovery.

    if your looking on tumblr for tips on how to be anorexic please stop. don’t ruin yourself while you still have a healthy relationship with food.

    you don’t want to have a mental breakdown and have suicidal thoughts because you ate an apple and i’m not fucking exaggerating.

    you could ruin your chances of having kids, your hair will fall out, you’ll be constantly freezing, you’ll be shaking 25/8 and your body grows hair rapidly trying to keep you warm.

    if you don’t have an eating disorder then stop. staving yourself won’t even work. you’ll be so hungry you’ll have a massive binge which makes your stomach get bigger making you hungrier and resulting in more and more binges more and more often. and if somehow you don’t binge your metabolism will slow down burning less calories so you’ll lose weight slower so if you eat healthily it will actually end up being quicker.

    fasting tips (tw ed)

    - drink water !!! it fills u up, suppresses appetite, and it’s good for you

    - find something to do. it’s way easier to not think about food when ur occupied. read, clean, write, paint, etc

    - don’t push yourself too hard. if u feel sick (nauseous and shaky) pls eat something

    - if ur cravings are super bad drink 0 calorie drinks (diet soda, sparkling ice, coffee, tea)

    - sleeping is technically fasting, so u can double your time just by starting before you sleep

    - if u are fasting for awhile before u sleep, it will be pretty hard to fall asleep so take melatonin

    - plan out what you will eat for when ur fast is done. it will help u not to binge

    - don’t weigh yourself right after a fast. if u haven’t lost any weight u will probably feel the need to fast for longer, even if ur body can’t take it

    How does my boyfriend not realize that some of the rings he does make me so insecure and hate myself so much. The second he does this one thing my whole mood changes and he doesn’t get why.

    He loves me wholeheartedly, I know this. He proves it to me everyday and makes sure I know.

    But lately, he goes to caress my face, but then goes underneath my chin and pinched the skin and fat. He then strokes it down as if he’s trying to push it away and make it disappear. Immediately my heart drops everytime and I have to fight back tears and he doesn’t connect the dots to realize that it hurts my feelings.

    Is he starting to see me the way I’m seeing myself?
