At this moment I will try to eat max. 1.200-1.300kcal or less. I want to be a sexy bad angel with a little bit of muscle and for that I have to eat less calorie but enough to gain muscle. I have to check that a angel is light and skinny and for that I have to eat as less as I can and I have to work out ass hard ass I can. I want to go to the gym. But I have to talk with my mum about that. Wish me luck. ☺️ I can make this. I will reach my goals before I turn 18. On my 18 birthday I will be the person I want to be. I am on a good way. I have more self confidence. I am proud of that. I am not nervous anymore when I have to talk in front of my class.

Can you please give me some tips to be able to work out and eat less. I have no Energie to work out but I need it. I try to eat as less as I can but then I haven’t got the Energie to work out as hard as I want. Have anyone tips for me.
