feelings in the current moment: I feel calm, yet anxious. I feel as though I am always missing something important that I need to do.
feelings from the previous day: I feel like yesterday was a productive day. I feel like my relationship with kevin is only growing. We are both still learning about each other, which I find challenging, but also interesting and rewarding. We are learning to coexist with each other. We are creating a life together. I feel comfortable, but not too comfortable. We have plans for ourselves. We are growing together. Yesterday we went grocery shopping and it was nice to have that outing together. I noticed the times that I spoke to him in a condescending way. I hope that since I am becoming more mindful of my thoughts and actions, I have more control over them to diminish negativity with patience. I was impatient at times and sometimes upset and angry. I hope that instead I can take time time to contemplate my thoughts enough to control my actions before acting impulsively on them. Otherwise, we enjoyed the rest of the night together. Nothing feels better than to be content in silence.
What I am looking forward to: I am looking forward to going to hot yoga today. I am looking forward to feeling refreshed afterwards and accomplished. I am looking forward to spending that time with kevin. I am also looking forward to cooking dinner tonight. I am looking forward to spending time reading more and doing things that make me feel calm.
thoughts/wants: I want to have more routine in my week. I want to spend my time working on things I enjoy, finding new things I enjoy. I want to spend more time exploring my opportunities. I want to find more people I can collaborate with and spend time with. I want to feel more comfortable in new social settings. I want to create goals for myself and feel accomplished throughout each day, week, month and year. I want to think positively more often. I want to spend time worrying less. I want to wake up in the morning and make my own coffee that tastes delicious. I want to have less screen time on my phone and more time being mindful. writing, getting myself ready for the day, eating a healthy breakfast or preparing a lunch for work.
Things further in the future: I want to spend more time doing yoga, meditating, studying for my vtne, bettering myself for my career, spending time creating and volunteering as well as exploring.

-try to go to bed earlier
Insights or thoughts: don’t be too hard on yourself. Stop ignoring your own presence. Take the time to understand your thoughts.
I AM tuning myself to the frequency to receive. I AM aligning with the universe and the vibrational reality of my desires and intentions.

It’s that little ittie bit of time that I have to myself before everyone wakes up and the day starts. And believe me, I’ve gone back and forth between hitting snooze and jumping out of bed at the crack of dawn.
And I truly believe how I start the day really determines my mood for the rest of the day. When I can move my body, feed the fur baby, eat my superfoods & practice gratitude, that’s when I feel like a million bucks no matter what the circumstances.
