jakob_lr: One of my favorite parts about the Southwest was the accessibility. The buddies we were traveling with would commonly look at an overview/ peak and would try to piece together an off route trail route in hopes we could make it. This morning was a total scramble in the dark but well the views form above. This type of off route travel is by far the my favorite and I wish the West Coast had pubic land like this to explore.

jakob_lr: The endless canyons and sandstone valleys of the Southwest hide a gold mine of natural formations. The deteriorating rock gives way to dynamic structures carved out of this brittle stone. More and more location are disappearing today due to erosion and earthquakes so make sure to enjoy them while they’re still here. (Honestly landscape heads love rock arches more the Kanye loves Kanye)
