Emotionally, I’m pretty stable so far this year. Purging myself of negative influences and making healthier life choices, I feel, has helped this greatly. I have spent the larger part of my adult life being afraid to make choices that can move my life forward. Move forward into the unknown. But, as I have found out, the unknown can be incrediable. One of my favourite quotes “Feel the fear and do it anyway” - To the Bone, has been an enormous kick up the arse. Yes, it can be scary, but yes it can also be amazing, and you will never get to feel the positives in life if you don’t embrace the risk. Staying the same is no longer an option. Regret doing something rather than regret not doing it. Open yourself to the experiances and enjoy the positives and feel, but dont hold on to the negatives. Let yourself feel it all, learn, grow and adapt. Become a better, stronger person and make the right choices to love who you are going to be.

New Years Resolutions:
1) Keep this blog going even if only short daily entries.
2) Make better food and drink choices.
3) Stop Smoking!
4) Read more books.
5) Educate myself a bit more.
6) Take more risks.
7) Sort my finances out.
8) Be more tidy and organised in all aspects of life.
Plus the usual less drama, less worrying that probably won’t be resolved we’ll see!.
I don’t think I’m making a bad start to the year I have a wall planner with columns for the three of us; a slim diary for my handbag; I’ve started this blog; and bought my first book of the year that will both educate and get me to read a new book. I think this entry will do for today as I think of new ideas to talk about.
