TDI Girls and Makeup Brands: A Shitpost Waiting To Happen
Been a while since I’ve graced all two and a half of my mutuals with some quality shitpost. So, let’s get to it!
TD girls and makeup brands! Yes, it’s happening.
Courtney: she strikes me as a Charlotte Tilbury girl. Soft pigment, sleek packaging with just a little bit of spice (or *spice*) - something a busy woman on the go would like, just to add a little bit of luxury to their everyday routine.
Heather: a Nars girl through and through. Bold. Elegant. Edgy. Pops of colour on a blank canvas. A mean girl with money, whose eyeliner cuts all her enemies.
LeShawna: I wanted to say Pat McGrath, but I feel ‘Shawna would want more pigment. So Juvia’s Place is my pick, with Pat’s Motherships kept on display, out of sentiment for the packaging.
Bridgette: “You want some LipChap?” She doesn’t dabble too much in makeup, but when she does, she reaches for Milk. Or CoverGirl, ‘cause, you know, easy-breezy.
Lindsay: she’s all over that TooFaced! Cute packaging? Decent pigment? Sugary scents? Lindsay likes!
Beth: believe it or not, but Beth loves makeup. Even if she doesn’t put it on often, she just loves owning it: swatching the colours, smelling the scented items, sometimes making face charts for the sake of it. She loves Colourpop: she can buy lots and lots of products for a decent price and equally decent quality.
Katie and Sadie: they are TOTALLY obsessed with Tarte. It’s soooo cute! And, since I see them as obsessed with early-days YouTubers, they would have been all over that Grav3yardgirl palette.
Gwen: not KVD. Nuh-huh. Gwen’s an artist and she needs an artistic brand. Natasha Denona would be a discovery: variety of textures, colours and finishes, with an option to create your own colour scheme. She’d love it.
Eva: c’mon. Eva doesn’t have time for this shit.
To be continued! Or not.
