i started 2021 off at my highest weight, 90.5 kgs, equivalent to 199.5 lbs.
i am 19 years old. 6ft 1. female.
i refused to see myself go beyond the 200 pound mark — so i made a difference.
today, 14th september, i weigh in at 70.4 kgs, or 155.2 lbs.
i have lost a total of 20.1 kgs / 44.3 lbs in 256 days.
and i am so fucking proud.
PS: i do not *heavily* restrict my calories. i did this through listening to my body and eating on ~average~ 1,200 daily. it just so happens my sweet tooth is nonexistent, but remember to listen to your body!!! it’s yours xo
