The way that I KNOW Tony cherishes the small moments.
The minute in the elevator- the way he holds you and tells you that one way or another, today will be a good day.
Seeing you after taking down a suspect- his eyes scanning your body. He just needed to know you were okay. The way your hand found his, letting him know that you were still there.
When you get to see a family back together again- his tiny smile as he glances down towards you. His face is splashed with the utmost love, his family was complete as well.
If you ever got hurt, he’d be at the hospital all night. Sitting by your bed, wide awake. He prayed that you would pull through, be okay. He wouldn’t leave you, he couldn’t even dream of it.
Tony holds you as close to his heart as he can, he’s was so used to pain and abandonment that when he met you- everything felt natural. His days became less difficult, he could breath easier with you by his side. A love for the centuries.
