A few more train sketches
Wip in progress
Currently redrawing an older piece. Hopefully it will turn our alright.
Just some stuff for one project.
Digital sketches of the characters from “The Seven Ravens” (by “The Brothers Grimm). I redrew them over my late-2019 sketches with Autodesk Sketchbook (before I cropped each of them and added watermarks from Procreate).
The first one was probably done in May, while the second one.... was on hold a lot (pardon the delay).
The first pic shows the little girl (Rebecca/Rebekka) who’s looking for her long-lost brothers to break the spell. Her basket backpack carries her tiny stool, food, and water for a long journey. She’s also carrying a map for an adventure.
The second pic shows the eldest brother of the seven ravens (Originally “Randolf” and “Rolf,” but I decided to call him “Wolfram” (which means “wolf raven”)).The two heads on the top shows that the eldest brother was fourteen-years-old before the curse. I imagined him that he’s a mischievous trouble maker (as in a “bad boy” type) who was being an immature brat. The third head shows he’s a young man now (age 21) after being a raven for seven years. He expresses sadness because of selfishness that he had done from the past (especially he was being disobedient to his parents). Finally, the last drawing shows the eldest brother hugging his little sister.
For the eldest brother - I know, he looks like my OC, Azriel (and the character I designed for the commission). But that’s how I imagined how he looks like. Enjoy.

"Good morning, you asshole."
"Mmhmm, love you, too."
I have been getting a tone of engagement on this account recently and I just wanted to say thank you for liking my work as much as I do! 🖤

The Norman Conquest and all that
My ham-fisted rendition of Edmund Blair Leighton’s 1900 painting ‘God Speed!’ A lady ties a ‘favor’ (an item of her clothing) on the arm of her paramour as he leaves to do battle. Thanks to the Norman Conquest in ad 1066, French was introduced in the British Isles. French is another one of those Romance languages developed from Latin. The British natives had been speaking Old English/Anglo-Saxon…

I created an ocean background for this page because the prompt had to do with water. For the funnel I used red watercolor. I glued it in the book with most of the directions showing.
The ocean is the tie to SOC as Ketterdam is by the sea. The funnel color also goes along with the color scheme that I have chosen to represent SOC.
Ya'll want some TsukiYama content? Well I love both of them a lot, so here ya go! Tsukki posing is a rare sight, but Yamaguchi eating fries, not so much, but we still love em. <3
