This is so motivating! I may be underweight but since I havnt been taking my fitness seriously due to lack of motivation I have no muscle. Im going to start getting my life in order which includes working out.

okay pls i really need someone to reply rn i feel so alone i have no one to ask or talk to about this. i think i’m gonna go over my calorie count today, because of how fucking much my mum is makin me eat. i don’t want to step on the scale tmr and see it go up. but i also don’t want to make my mum more angry and upset by refusing to eat. i don’t know what to do i already feel the urge and need to purge today, but i know how unsafe that is, and also how ineffective. what do i do ? do i just eat and hope that i can get it back down, or do i purge ? next week is the last week of school, meaning i’m going to be eating a lot more. i’ve already cried three times today just at the thought of it, so i might start exercising. this is so hard.
