I wrote something ^_^
Inspired by @curls-cat ’s review to my story “A Fae Review” on FFN. Ty, curls-cat!! Please let me know what you think; this chapter (and any subsequent ones) are for/because of you!
Basically Puck and Sabrina from Sisters Grimm have a podcast. O_O things happen.
Let me know if you have a preference for the next one!
1: Sleeping Beauty
Hi, I’m Sabrina Grimm.
And I’m Puck.
We’re your hosts for the Ever After Review, a podcast for discussing famous–
–and infamous–
–fairy tales.
And other writings.
Today we’ll be discussing Sleeping Beauty!
I thought we agreed on A Midsummer Night’s Dream?
You agreed on A Midsummer Night’s Dream. I agreed on Sleeping Beauty.
Why does she get to go first?
Look, it’s coming up on the anniversary, and this is our first episode, so I thought it would be a good way to honor Briar, okay?
Fine.
Anyway, Sleeping Beauty! We all know the story, right? Princess cursed by a wicked fairy because the fairy wasn’t invited to the princess’s christening–
Kinda unfair if you ask me. Little princess wasn’t the one sending out invitations. Hey, why does this say there were twelve fairies? There’s only Mallobarb and Buzzflower.

Hey, Stinky, look at this! This site says Briar didn’t wake up from a kiss… ooo, that’s dark. I like it!
That’s not how it happened, Puck.
Were you there?
No, but Briar was. Don’t you think someone, like, I don’t know, Uncle Jake, would know if she had kids?
Not if this version is accurate.
Charming’s mother is not an ogress. Ugh, I’m not arguing this with you! We’re supposed to be talking about the fairy tale.
We are.
I mean the real version.
According to this website, this is the real version.
And according to Mallobarb, Buzzflower, Charming, and literally everyone else in town, it’s not.
How do you know they’re telling the truth?
The Internet is notoriously unreliable, Puck.
So are Everaft–
This has been the Ever After Review. Glad to talk to you, and we hope you’ll tune in again next week!
Hey, you did the intro! I thought that meant I got to do the outr
