I scaled the power snatches and did 55lbs instead of 95. Today’s WOD was a good body burn and I’m glad I went. I skipped out on my evening run because I just didn’t feel like running anymore today. Haha.
Tomorrow is the day that I get to weigh myself after staying away from the scale for 2 weeks. 😬 I definitely feel like I have shrunk some in the past couple weeks. Regardless of what that number is, I feel great. I am liking my progress! My husband sees me everyday and even he says that he notices a difference and not to worry about what the scale says because what I’m doing is working. Soooo we shall see!
On a random food note, I stopped eating yogurt a little over a week ago and I decided that I’m going to go back to not eating dairy eventhough I love dairy. My stomach reacts just fine to it, but I think my body loses my unnecessary weight faster without it. The only exception will be having a Halo Top pint on my wedding anniversary coming up on the 11th. Woohoo! You bet I’m looking forward to that treat. 😛
