So I have very few plans for Yuri, Velvet and Ludger in the first part of the Tales of Mash up, but I can tell you that as far as I’m writing this they take one look at Sorey and they’re instantly like “MUST PROTECT”.
11DND Style. Probably the one of last brainstorming posts I’ll make before I start posting this fic. Bear in mind that Evil doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re villains. Just where they stand on morality.
Velvet: Lawful Evil Warlock. Goes pretty much with canon as far as her alignment goes. She’s governed by purpose and loyalty, not morality. To be fair, morality has fucked up her entire life. So she is willing to do anything to do what she has to.
Sorey: Chaotic Good Cleric. Wants to be Lawful Neutral but he’s too goddamn nice. He will help anyone if they are in need of it. He believes it’s his duty as a shepherd. Everyone deserves a second chance, even if they have no intention of doing good.
Jude: Lawful Neutral Monk. Adheres to the worship of the Malak, Seraphim and Spirits and sometimes to his own detriment. He’s weak willed on his own and tends to look to others for guidance. In his mind, there are greater forces than humans in the world and they should live in harmony if not servitude.
Milla: Chaotic Good Paladin. Wants to do good in the world, but does so out of ignorance. Her assistance often has disastrous consequences for the people around her. She has a good heart but her ignorance is greater than her intentions.
Ludger: Lawful Evil Rouge. Like Velvet, he has a family that he loves very much and will waste anyone who gets in between him and getting back to them. What makes him worse than Velvet is that he’s so unassuming, that he often relies on subterfuge against whoever is it his way.
Asbel: Lawful Good Fighter. Good people do good things, bad people do bad things. There’s no gray area. People who are good contribute to the world and bad people must be stopped. No matter the reason. Harming or killing someone out of selfish impulse is unforgivable.
Luke: Chaotic Neutral Barbarian. Luke has lived his life under lock and key and is absolutely desperate to get out and finally do what he wants to do. Unfortunately, his lack of life experience means that he has no idea what to do. So he usually does whatever Ludger or Asbel tell him to do.
Yuri: Lawful Neutral Ranger. Unlike Jude, Yuri’s Code of Ethics is solely his own. He’s also much older. Out of everyone, he’s the most reasonable and level headed because he doesn’t care about morality, just a sense of honor. The “No Fear, No Regrets” type. Acts like Chaotic Neutral but really cares more than that.

- Mikleo [deadpan]: Yes, Sorey, about half an hour ago. But now I've hidden her again so YOU can find her.

I wanted to try animating today since it’s been a while. It was a lot of fun but this turned out much lower quality than I had been hoping…Ah well. Have a somewhat serious Sorey.
