Firstly I apologize for missing yesterday’s daily card pull. I’m currently suffering from a bad bout of insomnia and off sleep hours and was to fatigued to bring myself to yesterday morning. Now with that being said…
Today’s oracle card pull is Transformation and Change.
This card is your reminder that while scary at times change is needed for transformation. It also could mean either that you’re on the right path to a successful transformation (so well done you), or it is a suggestion to be looking more closely at what you need to be on that path. If you’re a thinker think about what parts of your life need to change. What stays? What goes? If you’re more an auditory or visual person trying feeling a breeze, dancing around or jumping to cause the stagnant air around you to move. Light sage smudge and waft the air around you, visualize letting go of things, let them blow away (maybe clean your crystals in the moonlight too).
When you’re in the heart you’re letting go of narratives of the mind and drop into your feeling body, this way all your attention is in the presence vs. Scattered in the past or future where the mind likes to go, when you’re in the present you have all the energy and awareness to create your now consciously and more deliberately, that is why it is beneficial to practise breathing meditation or any thing that brings you in the feeling body

If you want to strengthen your faith, you will need to soften your inside.
For your faith to be rock solid, your heart needs to be as soft as a feather.
Through an illness, accident, loss, or fright, one way or another, we all are faced with incidents that teach us how to become less selfish and judgmental, and more compassionate and generous.
Yet some of us learn the lesson and manage to become milder, while some others end up becoming even harsher than before.
The only way to get closer to Truth is to expand your heart so that it will encompass all humanity and still have room for more Love.

We waste our time waiting for a path to appear. But it never does. Because we forget that paths are made by walking, not waiting. And we forget that there’s absolutely nothing about our present circumstances that prevents us from making progress again, one tiny step at a time.
From everything that exists, there is a cause for every part of it.
The signs are there, from the stars to our finger prints.
There is a code in all creations, evident of a Creator.
A unique pattern in every natural phenomenon, there is wisdom in the unexplainable.
An out-of-body experience (OBE), which some might also describe as a dissociative episode, is a sensation of your consciousness leaving your body. These episodes are often reported by people who’ve had a near-death experience.
People typically experience their sense of self inside their physical body. You most likely view the world around you from this vantage point. But during an OBE, you may feel as if you’re outside yourself, looking at your body from another perspective.
a feeling of floating outside your body
an altered perception of the world, such as looking down from a height
the feeling that you’re looking down at yourself from above
a sense that what’s happening is very real
OBEs typically happen without warning and usually don’t last for very long.
As a child I had a pretty vivid imagination, and could act out pretend scenes for hours. I am now trying to tap into that ability to visualize again as an adult. I spent so much time trying to push that childish part of me to the back and do “grown up” things. Now as a beginner witch I’ve found that I need to tap into that skill once again for my craft. To visualize the energies, my grounding, my intent, etc. I find myself wishing that I hadn’t spent so much time trying to get rid of that part of me that had once been second nature. I read somewhere that the things that brought you joy as a child are things that you should do and should still bring you joy as an adult. I loved to play pretend and to create stories. I loved any way to be creative, drawing, painting, sewing, music. After reading and connecting with that quote, I found that I didn’t do any of those things anymore. I got so caught up in doing “grown up” things and taking care of everything else, I forgot about me and my soul. With the world having to slow down due to Covid, I decided to slow down and start doing those things again. I bought new art supplies and took up painting again. I picked up some piano books so I could start practicing piano again. I pulled my oboe out of storage and got it in working order again. And after going back and forth about it for a long time, I also dived into learning witchcraft. I spend my evenings reading, researching, and planning. I love adding to my Grimoire, and creating sigils. I’m a bit rusty with it all, but like riding a bike I’m sure it will all come back to me. But I can’t help but feel that there was a lot of time wasted when I lost myself. I hope that I find her, and she is better than I remember.
