    I keep seeing pearl clutching articles about the worker shortage but NONE of them seem to even begin to link how the lack of reliable child care MIGHT MAYBE be a factor here!!!

    #I don’t even HAVE kids! #how is this not like the biggest most obvious factor??? #quite frankly I don’t believe any parent should work until their kids are school-aged and even then only part time during school hours #lemme rephrase: HAVE to work #nothing frustrated me more than processing family cash / TANF cases where the parent did not want to send their kid(s #to PuBLICLY FUNDED day care #like we’re spending taxpayer money to send an unwilling kid to an already-short staffed and overbooked industry? ya ok #especially when lack of transportation was an issue omfg

    Sophie - Curator or exhibit designer

    Hardison - Conservator or archivist (also could be in involved in graphic design or restoration)

    Eliot - Head of security or possibly a curator/works in acquisitions

    Parker - Honestly, I'm torn between Parker being a frightening docent (ala flight attendant Parker), still just a thief, or perhaps a statue or something that comes to life at night (Night at the Museum AU). Or maybe she is in charge of some kind of gems/jewelry exhibit.

    They work closely with Maggie, and are bitter rivals with Sterling's museum.

    Eventually Harry signs on as a lawyer to help negotiate buying art, returning stolen artifacts, etc... Breanna volunteers for a modern art exhibit that incorporates robotics in some way, and then just kinda sticks around.
