It’s been only 2 days and I miss you already, so terribly. We miss your shenanigans, your tearing apart of our pillows, blankets, newspaper, bedsheets and our clothes, your 2 a.m. crying for food, your soft coat, your
dumbness bravery of challenging a dog literally 10 times your size, and surprisingly you scaring him away, running after you and playing chase, you discarding your chewtoys so that you could chew our nose, god I can go on.
It’s funny how a person is there until they’re not, in this case a dog, but mom never let us call you that, did she? You were, no, scratch that, you are like a little brother to us, and it seems like only yesterday we brought you home. Do you miss us where you are? I had no idea I could get attached to a mere two and a half month old four legged creature, who would do nothing but scratch my eyes out whenever I held it, so badly.
I wish I was there to see you off, if I could turn back time, I would’ve been in that car instead of you. I would’ve been where you are, I could’ve fixed everything. Everything is so boring in this household.
I wish I was in Paris instead of you. I cant believe it. You, two months old, sitting in front of the Eiffel tower, and me, waaaaaaaayyy older than you, haven’t even gone out of her room and seen the exterior of her own house. God am I jealous.

HOW TO BE HAPPY IN LIFE?
Happiness is a state, not a trait, in other words, it isn’t a long lasting permanent feature or personality trait but a more fleeting, changeable state. I have read some article on it which states that we often use the term to describe a range of positive emotions, including joyful, pride, contentment and gratitude. Feelings joyful has it’s health perk as well. A growing body of research also suggests that happiness can improve your physical health; feelings of positivity and fulfillment seem to benefits to cardiovascular disease etc. Happiness has even been linked to a longer life span as well as a higher quality of life and well-being.
In conclusion, according to me the easy way of being happy in worst or bads days of life is to forget about future for few days. Just live the life at present with accepting all situation and fault lines. The easy way to not get depressed is to live with family more. Do exercise isn’t just for body. But regular exercise can help you to reduce stress, anxiety and all symptoms of depressions while boosting self-esteem and happiness simply being grateful can give your mood big boost, among other benefits. Research shows that performing acts of kindness can help you feel more satisfied. We know that feeling positive attitude is generally a good things but bad things happen to everyone. It’s just part of life. Acknowledge the feeling of unhappiness, letting yourself experience it for a moment. Then shift your focus towards what made you feel this way and what it might take to recover. For those stressor you can’t avoid remind yourself that everyone has stress, there’s no reason to think it’s all on you. And chances are, you’re stronger that you think you are. Human are social being and having close friends cane make us happier. Who do you miss?? Reach out to them. Make a date to get together or simple have long phone chat, spending 30minutes or more a week in green spaces to feel better. Better ye to add some outdoor exercise into the mix for extra benefits.
